Help!...Ants near our vegies.

there is apparently a product called ant sand that you can get to put a barrier around your garden - not sure how effective it is. not sure on other options though sorry hun. i'm wondering if some of the indoor solutions might work (can't recall if it's peppermint or lemon oil...)

Ants will nest only in really dry structures, so you could try soaking the area a couple of times a day with some (recycled) water. Or otherwise you could try tipping some boiling water into where you think the nest is. It will kill some of the soil microorganisms and any grass in that area but there won't be a residual effect.

antsand. theres some powders u can get to keep things away. but yeh.. water water WATER! ants dont go near wet places and then u can put a ant sand barrier around it.
