Confused

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone can tell me when you count the 1st day of your cycle. My doctor said it's from day one (when you start bleeding) but I spot for about 4-5 days prior to getting a normal flow. So do I say day one of my cycle is when I start spotting or when I get a regular flow? Confused!!!!

I have always understood it to be, CD1 (cycle day) is the first day of actual flow...

Hi, i had similar issues, but, was told from a Fertility specialist its actually from the regular flow, not the spotting.
