Yes, it's completely safe. Panadol, panadeine and panadeine forte are all ok.

Yeah its turning into a bit of a painfull nightmare, im thinking unless i go into spontainious labour, I might just have to deal with these pains, i could be in pre-labour but that can last for 2 weeks
