My Journey Begins

I am ready. I am ready to commence my climb up the steep hills of the weight loss journey and am ready to change my life. I am ready to admit how bad I have become. I am ready. But I need help. I need to be held accountable. I need support. I need a rocket up my a$$. I don't need to be judged, or ridiculed, or be made to feel more ashamed than what I already am.
