Orson is 6 weeks old and still has the hormonal milk rash on his face and chest. It is ok between feeds but during feeding it flares up so bad and looks real nasty. Is it normal or is he having a reaction to something im eating?

i know ds had it until about the 8 week mark(we got married so he was spotty for the photos)
i always thought heat made them a bit worse.... so at feeding they get a little warmer... just my thoughts on it.
i agree with doudou about the heat making it worse
T millie is the same, face and chest and its worse during a feed!
Julian had his milk rash until just before he had his 2mth vax, so nearly 8 weeks and he was really bad when feeding because of been so close to you it warmed him up.
Just know that it will go away in a week or so hopefully.
hugs xoxo
yeah DD had it too. It was horrible, looked like achne! :(
The heat definately made it worse,
old wives tale says to put booby juice on it and it starts to clear. I tried it with DD and it did clear - not sure if it was the milk or just a coincidence
DS had it, and it lasted til 8-9 weeks then disappeared. MCHN told me to expect it to vanish around the 8 week mark which is pretty well what happened
Arch was the same til 6 weeks old, and it was worse when he was hot
