Ok, story so far. Tingly nipples, dizzy spells, bloating. I am on the pill but had abs late last cycle. I had a BFN this morning.
Could the tingling mean anything else?

Just enjoy it! Heh heh, hindsight is a wonderful thing, so until you get a BFP, you wont know if the tingles meant anything. I certainly didn't experience any such symptoms, but we are all different. Good luck!
hey, i had and still have tingling nipples, i thought it was my periods . they were late but i stopped taking the pill so i assumed it was my body getting back to normal , because sometimes my nipples get sore before my period.. but no. my boyfriend said i ws pregnant but i didnt think it would happen so fast.. but i went to the doc, 2 tests later , 1 blood test later and 2 home tests later i believed it .. i fell pregnant on the first try :) hahah my boyfriend thinks he is the king of the world :) also a friend of mine fell pregnant while she was on the pill :):)
