Is this a bad idea???
Not sure if this is a completely dumb idea, if it is please let me know!!
DS is wrapped to sleep at the moment but being a little houdini he always gets out of his wraps. The problem is that he is waking at 4am every morning because he has got out of his wraps and I think he is cold coz I re-wrap him and he drifts back off to sleep. I have tried him in a sleeping bag this morning but it wasn't very successful and I gave up and wrapped him as we have playgroup this arvo and the last thing i need is a screaming overtired baby. I will keep trying though.
I was thinking, DS is wrapped with his hands up so would it be a really dumb idea if I wrap him in a light muslin wrap and then put him in the sleeping bag?? Just so when he unwraps himslef he is still warm? I cant think of an issue with it coz he isn't rolling yet but I dont want to do anything that will harm him. Is there something wrong with doing this??

With DD1 we put her in a sleeping bag with sleeves then wrapped the bag - so the opposite - and that worked for her.

there is a way that our mg mw showed us last week, that just wraps the arms, sorta like a straight jacket, is supposed to be harder to get out of, and is good in hot weather or if worried about overheating, because its just the arms being wrapped.
