hey hun , mine is still seperated at 8 mths on :o ... some times if i get out of bed or movew to quickly its really painful . i dont know what to do about it though ...
9 mths up 9 mths down .. dont they say ...
I'm still sore too at 4 months on  so I know how you feel!
I always wonder if I should go and see a physio about it..
You should absolutely go to a chiropractor about this issue. I found it uncomfortable to walk - still felt a little fragile. A series of appointments at a great wholistic chiro fixed the problem, and when DD was born I went back a week after so I could get it sorted. It won't go away by itself.
Pilates will help it move back together :D
Have you had Xrays hun? If it is remaining separated the physio will be painful but it will get you back together again. I have to have Xrays immediately after birth and intensive physio, so I know it is not fun, but it is worth it to avoid a reconstruction. I would be getting Xrays if I was you, and getting so osteo, physio or chiro. If you decide to have a 4th, the Xrays will be invaluable.
