Want to loose weight and tone up....
Ever since having my DS#1 in May '05 I have been unable to budge my weight.
The lowest I have weight would be 70kgs when I met DF in 2002I am hoping to get back to that weight or even lower as my ideal weigh for my height is 60-65kgs!
I'm currently 90kgs and would desperately love to get to a healthier weight!
I have a gym set and exercise bike as well as a pushy and a good area to walk around in my suburb but would really love peoples suggestions on a routine that they have done or a suggested on for myself using these pieces of equipment! i also have some hand weights!
please help me start my weigh loss journey!

Losing weight is a matter of calories out - calories in.
No pill is going to do anything more then motivate you, eat several small meals a day with some snacks in between and add in some cardio to your routine, a 500 calorie deficit should amount to a pound of fat burned per week.
