Soup Diet while BF'ing?
I was thinking of eating my granola clusters cereal in the morning and having just homemade veggie soup and skim milk fruit smoothies for the week. should it be alright to do while bf'ing as long as I take my prenatals? I just want to kick start my body before I start the running club in 2 weeks.

You need to make sure you are having enough kilojoules otherwise you will end up feeling run down and tired...vitamin tabs are good, but the best way to get your nutrition is through food, so you should really be aiming to eat more of a balanced diet and get your vitamins and minerals that way. JMO.
