runny green poo & teeth?
my bub has just cut his second tooth this morning. He's on EBM and takes just a smidge of solids (avocado only this week - but he's had this for a while now with no problems). But, he's had the runs over the last few days (I'm assuming because of the teeth)... went three times yesterday, three times so far today (much more than usually)... and the last one was quite green! Is this because of having the runs? He's never had it turn green before, and I don't think he could be getting too much foremilk cos it's in the bottle! He's also had dymadon & bonjela in the last few days, but again, he's had these before.
Should I do anything different? Or just keep an eye on him? I'm gonna offer him a bit of water next feed after his EBM just to make sure his fluids are staying up.
TIA!

Hmmm, maybe it could be from the avocado and having the runs? hard to know, maybe wait and see what the next ones like?
good idea to keep the fluids up.
sorry not very helpful..

I was going to suggest it could be the avocado too. My DD had orange poo recently and I realised it was from eating carrots! Maybe you could stop offering the avocado for a couple of days to rule that out?

well i'm pretty sure it's not the avocado as he hasn't had that for quite a few days (and he'd been having it for quite a while before with no reaction). He pooed 6 times yesterday, runny & green. And 3 times so far today already. He doesn't want his water, but he still wants his EBM.
I'm not sure whether to take him to the doc, cos he's still feeding well (actually wanted an extra feed over night). He doesn't seem to have a temp, and he's not too bothered by it. But this has been going on a good few days now which concerns me.
But, if he has no dehydration signs (that I can tell), should I still take him to the doc just in case?

It is probably the teeth. Teething has made all of my kids do watery, stinky, green poo that burns their butts :(
