Hi mumofsix,
I have had 4 FETs so far, all of them have had Crinone or progresteron support, I think that is pretty standard for FETS. Are you really asking natural versus HRT FETs? I have had both, I believe natural FETs are good if you ovulate naturally, with ET timed following O, HRT if you don't ovulate naturally or have a very long cycle. And there is a combination of each of these, some with puregon and trigger, HRT with progynova etc.
As far as I know there are similar success rates for both natural and HRT FETs, though my current FS has a preference for natural. Again, regardless most FSs would give you progesterone support (Crinone or pessiaries).
Best of luck for your coming cycle.
wHATS hrt??? So im having a natural fet so I will still have the crione after tranfer is that right??? Or nothing????
Im preety sure i O cause i have a normal AF always around the 28 days
Hi, HRT is hormone replacement therapy, where they basically suppress your own hormones and mimic a natural cycle, again in cases where you don't O naturally or have really long cycles.
I would think that most FSs would give progesterone (Crinone) support after an FET as a safety measure. Best speak with your FS. All the best.
