Ok this is just freaky

Hi my name is Rachael i am currtnly pregant well i think i am i should be 12 weeks and todate i have not pregancy symptons
I had some real bad bleeding and cramps about 4 weeks ago and yeah to and from the hospital
they dont knwo what the cause was but by now i would have through being my third pregancey i would have a belly but nope nothink
My last 2 i showed real early and knoew i was and yeah i was tired but this time round i got nothng

Should i go back to my gp and hvae a test to see what is going on

Yeah, for your own piece of mind I would go to the GP. When you went to the hospital, did they do an ultrasound?

I had no symptoms other than a belly in my first pg, i know its your third but they are all different. I didt obviously show this time (number 2) til 18 weeks, where the first one it was quite evident at 12 weeks.
Did they do an u/s for the bleeding?

Yeah they did but when they did the U/S the dates did not match up and i was also having blood test and my lvls were not doubling like they shuld be doing as the dr i saw told me they should dounle every 2 ddays


at te time of the scan i was 8 weeks and it was only showing 6 weeks 5 days and i told them my dates were 100% as i never stuff that up

i would maybe ask for some hcg levels done or an u/s instead,just for your peice of mind.....and every pg is different i didnt have any ms or many symptoms for my last 3 and this time i feel like rubbish

yeah been having the hcg lvls checked but as i said tbey r not going up like they r ment to doubling that is every 2 days they r like double every 5 days

yeah i know every one is different but yeah to feel nothink at all i just think is wired i would be happy with just one sympton then none at all

I am a little confused - so you did have an ultrasound and it did show you were pregnant, but it was just showing you weren't as far by a couple of weeks. Was the ultrasound before or after the bleeding, and have you only had the one ultrasound?

If the ultrasound was done after the bleeding and it is showing there is a baby in there then you are pregnant, and sounds like your hormones are still going up, just not as fast as they should, but that can happen - it should be monitored regularly though.

Are you seeing your regular doctor?

Ok when i started to bleed and cramp i was 7 weeks pregant but when they did the U/S it was saying there was nothink to show but my hcg lvls were rising but not alot

Ok i am not 12 weeks since it all went on and yeah got nothing at all
I dont have any feeling at all i am pregant and that is what i told the drs at the Hospital but then again they relly did not want to listen to what i was saying


I just think i would have some sympotons by now but no none i think i might ring me gp and go ask them it is just strange

Hi Rach, so when they did the ultrasound, they said there was nothing there, do you think maybe you have had a miscarriage? I had a miscarriage in January this year, I thought something was wrong when all my symptoms stopped. I stopped getting ms, stopped getting tired and couldnt feel my uterus. When I went for my 12 week scan it showed the baby had died 4 weeks earlier.

I really hope this isnt the case for you. You will have support on Belly Belly whatever the outcome may be.

Hi Rach - that makes a little more sense. When you had the ulrasound, did you go and see a Dr. afterwards to discuss the results? It sounds to me like there has been a major lack of communication somewhere along the line.

If you haven't discussed the results with anyone, perhaps you should ring the sonographer and have them faxed to the Dr you are going to see and get it all completely clarified.
