I won an item on ebay back in March along with another item from a different seller. Well one arrived very quickly, the other nothing for a week. So I contacted the seller and nicely asked when did she send the item. Well she never said when she sent it, just that she would contact Auspost about it. No contact, then I emailed her just to ask how it was going. Finally got a response in early April that a number of her parcels had been water damaged and she had to go in an check them out. If ok, then she would send again via Express Post, if not then she would refund.
Well there has been no parcel and no refund. I emailed her a couple of times asking her to contact me. Then in my final email I advised her that it had gone on long enough and that I was taking it further. No response, so then I lodged a PayPal dispute, which really was just me sending her more messages via PayPal instead of email. My last message I advised I would leave negative feedback on eBay if she did not contact me. Well week later no contact, so I have escalated it with PayPal.
So do I now leave negative feedback as I have threatened, or should I wait a bit longer? I feel I been very patient about it all, but I just want my money back. Will I jeopardise my chances of a refund if I leave a neg now? Also is it wrong to leave a neg if I do end up with a refund?
Just annoyed, I do understand that sometimes problems happen, I am just so upset that she just stopped contact with me.
