Hi All,
Just wondering what sort of experiences you've had with acupuncture after miscarriage.
I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago at 11wks (bub was only 6w2d) and had a session of acupuncture today to help get things back on track. I've only just finished bleeding a couple of days ago.
Not sure exactly what I'm hoping to achieve out of it, but thought I'd ask around to see what anyone esle found.

I'm sure Justin will be able to give you more info, but acupuncture can help with miscarriage prevention, cycle regulation, depression/stress/anxiety and helping you get back on track. Its great stuff.
Jules - I have started acupunture since my termination at 13 and a half weeks. That was 10 weeks ago and I started 3 weeks after. I had one normal cycle when I wasnt TTC and now I am in my TWW after trying this month. Ill let you know how I go but it wouldnt surprise me if I dont get pregnant this cycle as my body may need a little longer.
Emotionally the acuptunture has helped with sleeping and my mild anxiety after the termination and made me feel like I am doing everything I can to never have this happen again.
I know we arent in control but I atleast feel I am being proactive and looking after my body the best way I know how!!
