I am booked in to have my morphology scan at the end of the month, I will be 21 weeks. When I had DS I was told it had to be done between 18-20 weeks? I know that one of the scans (Nuchal or Morphology) needs to be done at a certain time. Is 21 weeks ok??
Mine was done at 20 weeks but my OB would have been happier at 19 weeks. The scan clinic pushed me to 20 weeks
I had the scan done at 20 weeks, but DS was in an awkward possy & very stubborn, so I had to book in again for a few things.
I was between 22 & 23 weeks when the second one was done.
18 - 20 weeks is preferable, but I think before 22 weeks is recommended :)
my Ob actually asked me to push mine back to almost 21 weeks - we have family history of a congenital heart defect and he wanted the baby to be that little big bigger to check this out - ideal timing is anywhere from 18-22 weeks
Oz, I just had mine done at 21+2 weeks, from what I could gather they prefer it to be done before 22 weeks.

well i am impatient i had my last done at 17 weeks lol and this one will be 18 weeks

with Leila we had it done at 19+4. we were told ideal between 19-21 weeks but they do them often at around the 22 week mark. so who knows?! LOL!
Nae I cant wait, all my belly buddies are having theirs done now and its so exciting.
