I've had my house in Shepparton on the market since late March. I've had over 30 people through, but most of them seem to think the house requires too much work.

There is one couple who have made offers which are about $5K less than I will accept, and I've just gone back to them with my final amount.

However, I got a call today from the REA who said there was another lady who came through today who is very interested and wants the s32 (vendor's statement). So now I have to prepare one LOL!

I don't know how much she's going to offer, or whether she's a tyre-kicker or not, but ....

please send me all the "SALE VIBES" you can muster!

I can't buy in Melbourne until I've sold Shepparton... and I'd really like to buy in Melbourne soon!
