morning sickness.....????

Hello can someone please tell me how soon morning sickness can start???
This is my second pregnancy.
But i cant remember when the MS started last time??
Also are there any tell tale (EARLY) signs of having more then one bubs in there??

My MS started at 6 weeks and eased off at 16 weeks.

If your HCG levels (blood test results for pregnancy) are really high, it can indicate there may be more than one in there. Otherwise, you really need to wait until the first scan - anywhere from 6 or 7 weeks onwards. '

My MS started at about 6 weeks and continued until about 14 weeks.

It returned again about 3 weeks ago. I am now 32 weeks

My ms started at 6 weeks and is starting to ease off a bit now at 12 weeks. As what Taurean said about more than 1. Good Luck!

Mine started at 6 weeks on the dot, threw up 5 times that day and it escalated from there! I assume its the same, but I have been told I have hyperemisis not M/S, basically excessive vomitting in pregnancy. I am now 18.5 weeks and Im still throwing up :doh:

My HCG was enormous.... it was 274000 at 8 weeks and there is just one bub in there. It started low and just kept jumping drastically! I have all the exact numbers if you need to have a look, just let me know. Our first scan was 6.5 weeks.

WOW Lily Dust those HCG numbers are HUGE!!! I would be interested in seeing what they were if you dont mind posting them.

3 weeks 4 days- 55
4 weeks 1 day- 420
4 weeks 4 days- 1880
5 weeks 2 days- 14650
5 weeks 5 days- 29350
6 weeks 2 days- 73000
7 weeks 2 days- 174000
8 weeks 2 days- 274000

I didnt have bloods taken after 8w 2d as apparently it tends to 'dip' after that. I was at my absolute worst at 8- 11 weeks. Started IV fluids at 8 weeks. I was glad not to find out after that if it was getting any higher!

Thanks Lily. I just went back over my HCG amounts, although I didnt get as many done as you, they were

4w3d - 480
5w - 3301
7w2d - 171,000
8w - 250,000

So I guess pretty much the same!!!

I think when the HCG levels are at 250,000 at say 4 weeks, then there would be more indication that there is possibly more than 1.

My morn sickness started at 6wks ... and ended at 20wks :rolleyes:

No vomiting but 24hr severe nausea ... 6 - 14wks i would have diarrhoea from 6 - 8times a day ... :doh:

Luckily morning sickness ends at some point ;)

same here, 6 weeks spot on each time. Was thinking perhaps this time would be better, but its worse :(
ATM I am naseus 24/7 can't eat much more than salada's...was thinking since it was worse could be more than 1 in there LOL....there is a history in the family. Will have to wait & see.

DD1 started at 6 weeks until 22 weeks
DD2 started at 9 weeks until 17 weeks
DS was only the odd sick feeling from 7 weeks til around 11/12 weeks

i started vomiting at 5 weeks and 3 days am now nearly 23 weeks and still vomit EVERY morning and sometimes in the evening yet my hcg was quite low early on so it depends on the woman, like previously mentioned the scan is the only way to know for sure and im having my first one on monday so if i have 2 in there il let you know! it would explain alot though!
