What can i do??

Been off ebay for a few years - was sick of being ripped off, the increase in fees and just people in general being greedy...my DH still has an account, so have sold a few things on there recently....and spent that money on buying things for the girls and new bubs...

So...bought a pumpkin patch sleeping bag for about $15 all up....she reckons she posted it last week....i still havent received it. We both live in sydney. Ive emailed her for a copy of the receipt for the satchel bag she claims to have sent it in - but she doesnt have a receipt.

What can i do?? Im so peeved off i wasted $15 !!! i could have bought it new from pumpkin patch for $20 !!!! This is why i dont bother with ebay, people are greedy and unprofessional. Is there anything i can do ? i.e dispute, etc

Leave bad reputation or put in a dispute claim. Sorry this has happened to you. It ruins the whole experience.

So i can issue a dispute for such a small amount of money ??

Yep, its left a bad taste in my mouth, and i remember now why i left ebay in the first place. Would rather pay the xtra $$ from a online retailer......

Yes for any amount of money you can make a dispute. What was the persons reputation like?

If you paid with Paypal do a dispute through PP. You will get you rmoney back that way if your item doesn't show up.

Mbear - did it arrive yet? that is v strange... i mean who would be bothered to do such a thing and rip someone off for $15...
Grrrr how annoying - I would doa paypal or ebay dispute on principle... when did she say she posted it?
