Pockets leaking??

So far I have mainly been using prefolds in a Bummis cover...and have had wonderful success with them. Recently I started trying out some pockets on DS...some are really good....but the others I have he always has wet patches on the insides of his legs. I thought maybe it was the inner stuffing bit, so I used a prefold in the pocket and same result! Could i be doing something wrong, should I be using something else as the "stuffer" or could my DS just have the wrong shaped legs for these??

Pop them in the dryer on low next time you wash them to re seal the PUL. If that doesnt work then I suspect he may be the wrong shape for them. That is what happens with my girls in narrow crotch nappies.

Are you using the right inserts with the pockets? I know that if I don't use the ones that come recommended I have more chance of them leaking there.

Although, if DS outpees what insert I have in there that is where it leaks out too.

Thanks for the replies guys :) I just checked the inserts and yup they are the right ones (would be just like me to use the wrong ones tho lol) Is there any other way I can reseal the PUL as I dont own a dryer???
