What do you want for Christmas?

Thanks to Sarah for scaring me with her Christmas countdown ;) So let's all get in the mood - what do you want for Christmas this year?

As for me - I think I'd love some really good novels and time to read them.

A sewing machine....i cant sew but always think if i had a sewing machine i could make this or do that....mainly stuff for DD, fun stuff. Someone tell my DH LOL.

I have a great Digital SLR camera which takes fantastic photos but is quite bulky, so I would like a small compact digital camera to throw in my handbag.

That and some sleep.:lol:

A few days off work. More regular contact from my mother. Some social interaction. Maybe my hair done professionally.

Well I got a camera a few months back which we were going to get me for Xmas but a great price came up so thats my gift lol

I really want a new house but I think thats to big of an ask :lol:

I would love some new sheets though. Some really nice ones.

I want my friend's idiot D/XP to beg for her forgiveness so she can still come to Britney with me in a month's time! An early Christmas present, yes, but I want sooo badly for her to come with me after all our planning and excitement, I'll gladly take a Christmas Day without presents to open if it means they get back together and my months of planning aren't ruined.

I'd love the windows to be tinted on my car. That's all I could ask for right now.

...:pray: ah, i'd actually would really love to try the new facelift without botox product from Myer called Freezeframe $89 ...BUT i'm for the first time ever far too embarrassed to ask DP for it for Xmas (he's 10years younger than i and has no concept of how it feels to be an aging woman in ya 40's) :rolleyes:

In all seriousness, not much. I'd be happy if DH would put any money aside that he would spend on me towards things we need as I REALLY do have all that I want, and spending money on presents just because seems pointless atm. I'd rather do that for the kids ;) Its way more fun!

I want a 10ft christmas tree so it almost touches our roof - its a special christmas this year.

Other then that the new Harry Potter dvd (released 18th Nov) or some essential oils or some more perfume.

The pair i wear every day my darling DP gave me for my 21st birthday and they have only ever come out if i change earrings to go with an outfit (prob 10 times in the last 4yrs).

Might be nice to have a pair i can swap b/w from him and then from my girls!
Or possibly a nice ring or something as i wear the same 3 all day every day all year round - maybe he could propose ;) but i doubt it!
Thats pretty much the only other finger i would wear a ring on... lol

Otherwise i will be a big fat PG woman and wont be getting up to much so no holiday etc :doh:, some books might be nice, or a massage!

Would be happy with any one of those. Well if its the havi's I'd want something else as well! lol

All that aside, more than anything I'd love my DH to find a good job here so he can come home. Kids seeing him every 6 weeks is a bit unfair.

Snaps Australia have been out of stock for awhile, so hoping they arrive and i can get one for Christmas.

A whole new wardrobe full of clothes (for work and home), shoes, pj's and underware! That all fit me and NO more maternity clothes (:redface: yes I'm still wearing some of my daggy old maternity clothes...more than one year on...just around the house!)

i want my garage up before Christmas so i can reclaim space in the house and be able to use the whole house! it's not a present, it's a need that we've had for several years - and permits came through the week before Black Saturday - we've been sent down the pecking order for the garage as fire impacted people get priority (as it should be) but given we paid for the garage back in 2006 to help out my bro financially and we're stilllllll waiting, i'm going a little nutty!! lol

for Christmas itself - i don't know that i want any "things" - i probably need new underwear, but i'll survive if i dont' get it for a bit longer. i just want for Christmas to go off without a hitch. we're having it here for DD's first Christmas, and i'll be happiest if it's a memorable Christmas for all the right reasons. that's all i want

Normally, peace on earth. :p But this year I just really want a cure for Breast Cancer.

Santa's bringing me a new boobenheimer this year, so I dunno...not sure any other prezzie can top that :lol:

Though I must confess a hankering for a digital radio AND some lovely lotus shaped crystal candle holders from Dusk!

ETA - Smiles - just ask him for a $100 gift voucher from Myer for some (nonspecified) "Beauty stuff" - tell him you have to choose it yourself so you get the right one for your skin type ;).

What I really want is for my girls to spend Christmas day at home, not in hospital :(.

In my heart, I want for my family and friends to have a happy and healthy Christmas. I want for my little guy to have a wonderful, wonderful day, and for our baby to give me lots of kicks all day long :). For DH and I to really enjoy such a special day as a little family :). Oh, and for DH to be able to take some time off afterwards so we can go to the beach for a week as planned. It might not sound like much, but since working for himself he has little time off, so we're really looking forward to some relaxing family time.

My material side wants way more than that, but I know it's not all going to come to me!!!

I have everything I could ever ask for, Soppy I know but I have a wonderful and amazing DP, a beautiful home full of love, my gorgeous golden retriever and our lil bubba boy on the way.

I'm stumped, there is nothing else I need in this world :D

I would be stoked if a little Bill Fairy came and paid off all our bills before bubs arrives...
Otherwise I'd just like some time to relax with DH before our new addition arrives :)

That or a new iron and ironing board, because DF burned a jacket with a bit of pvc design on it, and not only totalled the board, but the iron now has goopey plastic muck all over it too :rolleyes:

I want season 5 of Desperate Housewives (every Christmas I want the latest season of Desperate Housewives on DVD).

I would also like a peaceful time with hubby and dad being in the same place and being polite to eachother.

Oh, and I want lots of cuddles with my newest niece and all my baby relatives that were born this year.

I took matters in to my own hands this year and laybyed myself a new pandora bracelet (leather) and a new bead.

I'm also getting a new 100ml bottle of Dolce Vita but only cause DH's best mate just came back from NZ and got it duty free!

There are a few other pandora beads I still want (and have been asking for for 2 years but no one is getting the hint!) so any money I get will probably go towards laybying them.

hehehehe, I got my wish, and I got it early .... a gorgeous tri coloured Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy named Fergie, she is soooo cute.

I already got my pressie :D

We ordered a custom made clock & it was ready early so it's been hanging on my wall for a few weeks. AWESOME!
