Hi

I'm shell's sister Paula.

Shell and Holly are doing great. She went to the hospital around 7am after the contractions started around midnight. They induced her as her contractions were irregular.

Holly was born just before 3 pm today (3/4/06) via c-section as Holly was breached. Unfortunately they discovered this after hours of labour. Shell had an epi so she was awake during the opp while Alan watched.

Holly is a beautiful little girl. No faults at all..... just perfect...
6 Pounds, 7 Ounces

Thank you all so very much, especially Sis for updating you all & Bel for creating this thread.

We're all doin great (apart from lack of sleep, hehe).

I've added a birth summary to 'milestones' and photos to my www.

Holly Maree 3/4/06 1:55pm 6p7oz 50cm long, 35.5cm head circ.
10hrs irreg contr + 4.5hrs labour (waters broke 23hrs before), undiagnosed breech, emergency ceaser.

Well done Shell!!!! your right what a busy couple of days it has been! ;)
