Terrified.
I'm currently sitting in the waiting room at the ED of my hospital... I'm bleeding.
It's not too heavy but I just went to the loo and wiped and TMI... little clot.
I'm so scared. This hasn't happened to me before. I haven't had any MS with this pg like I did with the other two and now I'm terrified it means the worst.
Please - if you've got a good story, tell me. I really need to hear it.

Hi Hun big hugs
I had similar bleeding at 6 weeks with DD1 and had to wait until the next day to get an ultrasound and she ended up being fine, heart beat was there and went on to having a healthy baby.
I am now 17 weeks with number 3 and have some bleeding this week so waiting for an U/S at 11.30. Its scary but it is also very common in healthy pregnancies. One GP I saw said his wife had bleeding in all 5 of her pregnancies and had 5 healthy children. this was one of the few things that helped me.
The waiting is the hardest I will be thinking of you this morning, sending you lots of sticky vibes xxx
-
Hugs hunni, will be thinking of you.
Regards,
Dianne

-
Oh hun you poor thing how stressful for you. I hope all is ok, love and healthy baby vibes coming your way xoxo
-
Thanks ladies. Trying to be patient.
-
 It is very stressful! I bled for a week and a half with Miss J in the first trimester. No reason. I hope everything is fine and that you get seen soon
-
 OP.. I hope they take you in soon and ease your mind
-
My DD is my good story. I had bleeds throughout and she made it to my arms. It's so horrible and scary. Thinking of you gorgeous lady
-
 it's so scary isn't it..
I had a big bleed, like a huge gush, at 10w with my first pregnancy and all was fine. My OB pit it down to my placenta not kicking in before the corpus letum (sp ?) had stopped
Will cross everything for you xx

Thinking of you hun
-
 babe, I bled multiple times with DD1, mainly after DTD, you weren't doing the naughty last night were you ;)
Hope all is well babe and your seen ASAP, here if you need us.

Hang in there OP. It's always scary.
I've had bleeds with all except one pregnancy. This time I gave up until my GF insisted I go to the GP. Still going strong here.
:crossfingers:
-
Thanks guys. No, no DTD last night - said to DH "wish we had, at least I could put it down to that!"
I've been triaged, MW took my blood, waiting to see a Dr. Apparently may do a VE to check cervix?? And maybe an ultrasound. Didn't know they'd do a VE. I hate them.
Anything I guess though to check little one is snug and cosy.
-
Glad your being seem hun.

I'm guess they are making your cervix is closed and high? Stay baking little one, it's much nicer where you are.
-
Hey Op, im stalking. they could do the VE to see if you cervix has opened a little or to check where the bleeding is coming from.
Xoxo

Massice hugs to you OP. I really hope everything is alright.
Could you ask for the VE to be done after the US when you can relax more because I am sure you will see everything is fine.
-
Thinking of you still, I'd ask for u/s first before the Ve cos they can tell what the cervix is doing on the u/s
-
More than likely would do a speculm rather than a VE. Or maybe even an internal US.
Thinking of you
-
Good idea, I'll ask for u/s first. She did say that about checking if cervix was closed. Isn't it always a little bit open after you've birthed a bub or two?
-
OP hang in there I've had bleeding on & off from 11 weeks, at times so heavy I though that's it, it's over but tomorrow I'm 27 weeks :).
I do have vasa previa & from 28 weeks I'm going to hospitalised to keep us safe till I have my CS.
So there is always hope :)
Lots of rest & TLC.
All the best x
-
Thinking of you lovely  sending lots of healthy vibes to you and bub

I had a bleed at 6 weeks with Zoe- she's fine.
Some more of these
What hospital are you at hun?
Is DH with you?
-
Thinking of you OP - I bleed on and off till 14 weeks with my last bub.
Hope all is good,
-
oh hun I have been there 3 times! with my first son I bled at 5, 8, and 13 weeks, went to the ER all three times and everything was ok, they did do a VE at the 13 week one to check if the cervix is opening. It was worth it to get some answers. Hang in there. Will be thinking of you.

-
Oh OP I hope all is well with bub, thinking of you

Thanks everyone. I've seen the dr - they won't do an u/s without the BT results and there's a hold up in the lab (of course).
But she did the speculum (?) something and got a sample of something and has sent that off. So now I'm waiting again. She said there was quite a few clots that she could see and that I'll probably bleed for the next day or two.
Em, I'm at the Mercy. DH is here. Thank goodness.
Know what's making it 10 times worse? I'm wearing a suit and we all know you can't wear your granny undies under suit pants due to VPL right? So I've got this stupid lacy g-string on. And it's making me so uncomfortable now. The pad's not sticking and moving around everywhere and it just feels awful. I want my comfy Bonds undies. I want to go home and hug my babies. I want this to be over. :crying:
-
I really hope that you don't end up waiting too long - I hope you get home to those babies as soon as you can :hug:
-
 Hun, I hope you get good news soon
