Is it Possible...

Did you know that you had fallen pregnant, just a few days after conceiving?? How did you know, what did you feel? Or is it just your mind working overtime?

I knew (first time, not this time!!). I was sitting at work one afternoon and I just knew. I can't explain how I knew, but I did. And I was right! No symptoms, just a strong feeling.

This time I only did a HPT because DH told me I was pg as I was showing (and hormonal!!) LOL.

I myself had no idea but I know of plenty of people that just 'knew' once they had conceived!

My best friend knew for sure with her second a couple of days after conception. I hope this is it for you Ally!

Lea; Maybe it is my mind working overtime LOL!!! Maybe wishful thinking, may save me alot of trouble YKWIM! I had no idea the first time round, Althogh a week after Embryo was put in, I was SOOOO sooky over every little thing, so i will see what i am like in a few days time !!! I am feeling a bit odd today? You never know, stranger things have happened LOL!!

i got sore boobs and was going to the toilet alot so that made me think it was possible...and then my period didn't come...so i did the test but i just knew it was going to be positive. No real 6th sense that i was pregnant though!

I had a feeling at 5dpo and also had a few symptoms to go with it. No need to say i was right!

HI Ally, I DEFINATELY just knew when I fell pregnant with No 2! I know that I conceived on the Saturday, and by the following Saturday I just knew I was. I kept doing tests until finally a week later I got a very faint positive. My pregnancy was confirmed by blood test at 3 and a half weeks!

I still don't feel pregnant and would have no idea if not for the absence of AF. Just shows we're all different!

Jac, I'm with you! If not for the blood test and the scans (not the lack of AF, though I would be worrying by now) I'd not know, the slight symptoms I've had were written off for the first 8w or so of my pregnancy and I'd be continuing to do so now. DH didn't believe the BT or the GP, he only believed it when he saw the first scan, so was very, very shocked.

Ally, I remember feeling pains in my tummy that I hadn't experienced before and recall thinking "Either I'm pregnant or AF is on the way" - that was one week before AF was due. I did my best to convince myself it was AF comming especially since the month before I thought we had been successful but hadn't. Turns out I was right though, and those pains were implantation pains! I really had no other symptoms (other than tiredness which I had put down to me being on rotation with Uni and working long days) until a few weeks later. Good luck and I HTH!

I knew about 2 dpo, I had sore boobs and was going to the toilet a lot and I was VERY hot!
I had a feeling but was in quite a bit of denial thinking that my mind might have been working overtime - turns out it wasn't and I was!

I had a feeling about a week before AF was due to come that i was preg due to constant need to pee and sore breasts and nipple change. Wishing u all the best Ally :)

I had not a clue with my DS ( my first ) but with #2 DD I knew straight away and it was confirmed in my mind once I started devouring carrots like there was no tomorrow weird hey and ratrher funny but something clicked and I did a HPT and got a BFP that was at around 2-3 weeks pg

Well...Who knows!! AF Due in about a week. Not sure, as my cycles are all up the creek. But we have been trying, hoping to fall preg naturally b4 a FET in Sept. Fingers Crossed!!! I feel a little different, and really tired and grumpy. No other signs yet, but i will keep you all posted!! Its probably just bad PMS LOL!!

I did from the day after as we conceived my B's started throbbing nonstop and this didnt happen on the previous 2 cycles. Also the day after 1 had this wave of nausea it was very odd like I was going to pass out or something it came and went within say a minute. I also had a dream that I was preg, as in really heavily preg and could feel my stomach stretched and the weight of it. Then I got the blue vein thing across my chest about a week later. However, I did have a missed miscarriage 3 months prior so I think my body just knew what the hormones were all about this time. Last time I didnt really pick up on anything and was unaware for weeks.

Just thought i would update...LOL - Feeling very tired lately and DIZZY.....Oh and my eczema has flared up too!!

Relle, LOL, I probably wont check til around day 35ish, as my cycles are soooo long usually. I hope its not just wishful thinking...Will keep ya posted!!!!

OK Then, I will definately be keeping an eye out for that little announcement! My cycles are all over the shop too, I don't really know how I managed to fall pregnant with the first 2. The only sign I was using was CM!

Yes was a bit of a shock, especially seeing as we had been given close to zero chance of a spontaneous conception. We are delighted. Best wishes.

Thought I would update... Still havent got AF, dont feel pregnant though. So typical!!! Did a HPT 5 days ago and was Neg. I am getting very slight spotting, for the last 3 days; just wish AF would make up its mind. Anyways going to book in for FET as soon as AF arrives. Will keep ya posted!!!

Hi Relle! Not sure about the implantation bleeding. It isnt really even bleeding, more like brownish skiddies LOL!!! (But not those brown skiddies IYKWIM) Sorry Bit TMI there LOL! I have been doing ALOT of cleaning about the house lately, so its probably PMT!! I think I will do the other HPT tomorrow morning...I will let ya know he he!

Damn the waiting game! It is awful isn't it! I tested just before and the jury is still out. There may be a very very faint line, but will test over the next couple of days (My name is Relle and I am a POASaholic!)

I didn't know with my first until I was a few days late, but with this one I knew.
I had some spotting and cramping before my period was due which has never, ever happened to me before - so I totally knew I was pregnant.

Oh Relle, You are Hillarious!! Good luck with your HPT, hope it turns out to be a BFP!! Yes, that damn waiting game.:rolleyes: I tell you, we should have shares in HPT's. The worst part is having irregular AF. I am sure my body knows when i am trying, and just likes to tease a little, by giving me a super long cycle. Anyway, I am having a little bit of cramping and back ache, so i am guessing AF is on her way LOL!!!

Ally I had really irregular cycles before conceiving Nos 1 & 2, I never knew when I was going to get AF! They were usually around 6 weeks long.

Don't ask me how I managed to fall pregnant twice - sheer luck rather than perfect planning! I was only using EWCM as my indicator! (That was the extent of my TTC knowledge!!!! lol)

I am :pray: that you get your BFP this month, and if that nasty witch AF rears her ugly head, we will send her on her wicked way and tell her not to return, but send a bubba in her place!

I will just keep POAS till we get a definitive + or - (hopefully tomorrow cause I don't know how I can keep explaining away the trips to the pharmacy to DH!) I have a doctors appt on Friday to get a referral for Campbell to a new ENT surgeon, so if we get a +ve between now and then I will get a blood test as well. (I have to book it pretty much the minute the swimmer meets the egg to get into my Obs and Hospital!)
