A grieving mother
This morning I went to the cemetary to spend time with my Emmanuel and whilst there a mother was sitting alone sobbing her heart out. I could feel her pain, so raw, I wanted to put my arms around her but just wasn't sure if that would be the right thing to do. Her cries were getting louder, I wanted to take her pain away. I walked over to her, knelt down beside her and placed my hand on her shoulder. She looked at me and then embraced me, I held her so tight like you would your child and cried with her, we didn't speak, we didn't have to. Once she stopped crying she thanked me, I gave her my phone number but I'm sure we will meet again, our angels brought us together but sometimes I just think life is so unfair. Why do these things happen, why do people have to go through so much pain?
Thanks for reading, I just needed to get that out, can't stop thinking of her, hope she is ok.
Regards,
Dianne

what heartbreaking circumstances that have brought you to each other. And what a priviledge to provide comfort and healing to each other.

What an amazing thing to do, in this day and age no-one even looks sideways at people if they look emotional, let alone go and sit with them in their time of need.
You made me cry
I hope you hear from her and she is doing ok!

I am so glad you were there for her today. It is an honour to be with another in such pain - & you are a beautiful compassionate soul for meeting her in a "place" that is so raw.
Hugs to you & to the other Mama. xxx
