We currently have the Vaseline Dry Skin Moisturiser pump but I'm looking for something that is going to make our skin feel divine but isn't pricey and without SPF. Soooo what do you use or suggest?

If you're after an all-over body moisturiser, the St Ives vanilla one is yummalicious. I used that for several years and was very happy with it.
I've now switched over to an Aveeno product - the oatmeal one that has no fragrance, it's a lower chemical formulation than most. a largish tube costs under $10 and it's not one of those stupid pump packs that you can never get the last quarter of the bottle out! it does contain some mineral oil so if you're anti-that, then steer clear of this one.
I second the St Ives moisturisers. I use the 24-hr moisture one, there is also the vanilla one, an oatmeal one (very good for super-deep moisturising, I like it at night but it's a bit too heavy for using in the mornings), and a collagen & elastin one that claims to improve skin elasticity.
I buy them from Priceline for around $5 (on special - they're around the $7 mark usually) and it's a huge pump pack, very good value for money. The 24-hr one is very light, absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue the way lots of moisturisers do. You wouldn't think so, as it's quite thick and creamy, but it spreads beautifully and a little goes a long way, a bottle of it lasts me for months and it lives up to its 24-hr claim. I love it :)
Moogoo all the way here! I get horrid dermatitus/psoriasis patches on my cheeks and jaw area and this the only stuff that has cleared it up. For the first time in years since switching to their products I have actually been happy with my skin. Someone asked me if I'd had a facial the other day because it's made me look so much more refreshed and younger. The anti aging one is about $20 but I literally only use 1/2-3/4 of a pump at a time and still same bottle almost 2 months on. The msn cream is awesome if you are prone to breakouts too. I use this on trouble skin areas and it clears it right up and keeps it clear.

I use The Body Shops Vitamin E Mosituriser, after I use the Vitamin E Serum first...
I'm blessed with pretty good skin (thanks mum!) so I just use good old Olay. Cheap and cheerful :)

On my face, I've just started using the Body Shop's organic moisturiser. Everywhere else I use a standard sorbolene with vitamin E and on my feet I use The Body Shop's Hemp cream.
Sukin face wash and moisturiser...
I LOVE it!! My skin has never looked or felt better!! Its conpletely free of nasties like petro chemicals n parabens... Just natural oils etc.
Its cheap too!! I pay $8.95 for a bottle of the face wash or the moisturiser.
I use their body moisturiser too and all of it smells lovely!
Lancome Neurozen Hydracalm.
It has the most ridiculous name in the world but is the only moisturiser that doesn't give me spots. It is also a bit pricey but no spots and smooth, not-tight skin is worth it.
Thank you everyone! Just the kind of feedback I need and on brands I've never used before. I googled Sukin and saw that there was horsetail in the moisturiser and got a bit worried until I discovered that it wasn't actually horse tail :redface: I am a goose.
Looking forward to trying something else. We have been using Vaseline for years now and it's time for a change especially since my skin feels so dry after a couple of hours after putting it on.
I use Nivea - soft. It works really well for my sensitive skin and last ages.

Just like hair shampoo, its good to change your facial moisturiser now and then, for a change. Different seasons will see me change my moisturiser too - winter a more creamy heavy one, summer a SPF. FWIW ive used a $100 jar of facial moisturiser, and now currently using a $20 tube (NATIO) . Same diff, same results. You dont need to spend a fortune to get results. GL....
I use Moo Goo anti ageing cream. It's great, even my DH uses it.
I have used the Body Shop Wise Woman range which was beautful.
I have also used Estee Lauder Day Wear, I loooove this, just too pricey these days.
i use the body shops mattifying moisturiser, i think its a seaweed one, $30 bucks lasts me ages! and it works really well!
i used to use pervonia at $80 a pot :o it was good but im just as happy with my body shop one
I'm a big AVON fan. The products are really good without being pricey. My favourite is a Mango & Passionfruit body yoghurt thats $2.99 a jar., it smells super yummy :) I use all AVON skin products and people always comment on my skin saying its really good for my age (30 this month), no wrinkles at all.
Bodyshop HEMP cream for extremley dry skin!
At night on my face I use Gaia. I have terrible psoriasis on my face but you can't even see it since I started with this. Daytime I use neutrogene with an SPF though.
I love palmers for the body but it has some nasty stuff in it sadly so won't be buying anymore.
