Jett's early arrival

I haven't written a birth story as such, but I have updated my blog which covers a bit about leading up to the birth, and a little about the birth. It was extremely traumatic and distressing, not only because I was only 25+5wks but because I am lucky to be alive. I hope when I have more energy I am able to post further details about what the birth itself was like, but what I will say now is I had a VBAC after a classical c section so it was completely unexpected. I NEVER thought I'd have a vaginal delivery, but I did and I am so glad I got to experience it..

I gotta say that I never thought I would hear you say you had a VBAC either!!! I am glad you got to experience that too, it is truly amazing.... however I'm so sorry it was so traumatic for you. I can only imagine how frightened you must've been. You have a very determined little guy on your hands I think! He also has a VERY determined Mama.. made for each other. Oh my god, you are so, so strong. The strength of a mothers love! I'm so amazed you had a VBAC but so sorry for the trauma you endured. It must have been sheer terror for you :hug: I am so glad you and Jett are okay!!

Wow what an amazing birth story to share with Jett when he gets older! Hope you recover quickly.

Oh my gosh BAL. Thankgoodness to whoever is out there looking after you. What a time you have had. Your little Jet plane must have known he needed to come out. I hope your recovery both physically and mentally continues and your Jet strengthens in leaps and bounds.

Wow! You and Jett are both inspirations!! I am in tears reading your birth story, you are one incredibly brave mummy and Jett is one strong lil boy. I know your twins were looking down on you with lots of love!!!
