My little miracle is here!

Finally our longed and wished for little ivf miracle is here! Adam James was born 28th May at 4.36pm weighting 3.33kg ( 7lbs 6oz ) and we are over the moon! I was induced for high blood pressure. Progressed brilliant after one gel and waters broken. Pushed for 2 hrs with failure to progress so was rushed to theater for c section. My Obstetrician said we would give another go with forceps first and after 6 pushes he was born! ! I got a third degree tear :( but Im so glad I didn't have to have the c section in the end. He's 2 wks old already and he's a hungry monster! I can't keep him full lol! Can't believe he's finally here safe in my arms :)

Congrats again. How's your recovery going? I had 2nd degree tears and thought it would take forever to heal, but I'm glad to say I'm almost back to normal now after almost 3 weeks.

Our bubbies share the same birth date too, how funny is that!!
