I am over the MOON!

Hi everyone,

I think it is time that I officially announce my first pregnancy (even though it is still early days).

After a year of OI and a failed Stimulated IVF/ICSI cycle, we have had a successful HRT FET. On the 9th of July we saw our beautiful baby as a 2 day x 6 cell embie when it was transferred into me (it was love at first sight). On 23rd of July we got a BFP with 480 HCG and on 26th July the pregnancy was confirmed with HCG at 2,038.

My DH and I are so in love with this little one already. We are so grateful and realise how lucky we are that it took only 2 tries on IVF. We have the first scan with our FS next Thursday to see the heart beat and make sure everything is where it is meant to be. I am feeling so excited about seeing how much our little one has grown since I last saw it. I feel so positive about every symptom that I am feeling (MS etc) because I know it means our baby is growing.
