Good morning. Just was wondering if anyone has recieved there baby bonus recently? If so how long did it take to go into your bank account? I was told by centrelink it can take up to 14 days to 21 days. I am pretty sure that last time i got this it went in earlier.

Mine took a month and I chased them up about it. Apparently it had fallen through the cracks :doh: Better luck to you though :pray:
Yup i was told 14 days, but to follow up if its been longer than 21 days. It could go in earlier, 14 days is just the time limit.
we got ours within a week of sending in the paperwork - but we were already on their books so to speak for the latter 2 girls....reason it was so quick.
Ours took a week.
I sent in the paperwork on the Monday and the money was in our account on the Friday. I was very surprised ;)
Ours was 3 days. But we were rural at that time.
My sister was still waiting at 5 weeks
With DD2 it was 2 weeks to the day after handing in the paper work.
With DS it was about 10 days. Not 100% sure when MIL put in the forms though. Had to take the forms back to the hossy coz they didn't stamp it & coz we are 2 hours away I left it with her to do it.
It could've been less.
Mine took 28 days. I started a thread on this about a month or so about, and BG answered all my questons.
We got first bubs in 4 days after papers being taken in and this time it was 11 days Via post
mine took 25 days from the time i handed the paper work in
Dp put the papers in while I was in hospital and then I think it was a week later we recieved the money ;)
We got DS#2's about 2weeks after we handed the forms in.
myn was 1 week
I was told up to 21 days, but it actually took about a week.
the standard is 21 days - depending on where you live and how busy the processing centre is, it might be sooner
ours took 20 days
