Hello all,

Hi,
Congratulations!!!!
I found eating small snacks rather than meals helped, I tend to nibble throughout the day!
Also ginger is meant to be good to help calm your stomach down!
Hope it settles down soon for you!

Congralutions on your pregnancy! :cheer: Welcome to the BB family. I find that ginger helps, eat lots of small meals, never allow yourself to get hungry, and take your vitamin pills in the evening just before bed!
Hope you have a happy healthy and stress free nine months! :bellyrubs:
Ahhhh the joys of pregnancy!:wall:
Just remember it's all worth it in the end!

Congratulations!!! :hooray:
Congratulations Heidi :hooray: and welcome to BB!!
You could search morning sickness for other threads on this to get more ideas but I agree with what the others have suggested. Also you could try watered down cordial or juice (to sip on throughout the day); lemon or other citrus; some people swear by fruit tingles; stay hydrated. Chemists sell sea sickness bands and they work for some people too. Keep experimenting, you should find a strategy that works for you!
All the best!
congrats first of all. i agree snacking is a great help.
Congratulations! Wishing you a happy & healthy pregnancy :D
Definitely keep snacking. I also used Blackmores morning sickness tablets and they were great :)
Congrats on your pregnancy!
Congratulations!! How exciting! :hooray:
Like the girls said, just keep eating small meals frequently don't let yourself get hungry as the nausea I found would get worse then.... crackers with vegemite were great for me also toast.... sometimes eating food was hard so i found it easier to get a fruit smoothie or fruit juice from Boost Juice they are packed full of nutrients easy to digest!
And yep keep taking your pregnancy tablets with folate.
2nd trimester is alot more comfortable. It gets better..... ;)
Congratulations on the good news. I had ms up till 17 weeks this time and found that brushing my teeth before I had something to eat was the only way to stop myself throwing up lol. After that, eating small amounts and always having something to drink. I found myself drinking gallons of water. Wasn't really very hungry but had fruit or crackers. These were the easiest to keep down. Try the Elevit tablets too. Bit smaller than Blackmores.
Good luck with everything
Congrats :cheer: Almonds have helped me
