1 midwife at a time, but not constantly (until the birth when the room was bloody full of people! LOL! I've no idea of who they all were.) (Though I suppose in my case I had an extra midwife because she was my SIL and second support person. Though not acting in an 'official' capacity, KWIM?)

Elective c-section - no medical reason present - maternal request (I guess I'm in that little percentage!!)

DD
Elective C-section due to deterioration of placenta & cord

Caesarean - due to placenta praevia. Initially elective, but recorded as emergency as I had SPROM at 36+6 weeks.
