Hi Kristalee, and welcome to BB. I am so sorry about your loss, it just breaks my heart to read of others who have lost their precious babies. Lola is so beautiful, I am sure she is now watching over you and your family.
It must be so hard to come so far in your pregnancy, only to come away with empty arms. I've lost my little son Joshua at almost 21 weeks, and I can't imagine losing him at full term. I too read so many books about miscarriage, stillbirth, dealing with loss, you name it, I read it. I must say it did help me to understand why things sometimes can go so horribly wrong. It's still so unfair though, no matter how you look at it. I wish I could take your pain away hun, and heal your heart. In time it will happen, but the grieving process must happen, and when will it end? I don't know. I'm still grieving for my little one, and I don't think I will ever stop.
I wish I could reach across the screen and give you a huge hug
Take good care of yourself, and please seek help if you need it, don't take it all on board yourself, it is so much for one person. I started to see a grief councillor straight after I lost Joshua and still see her to this day. She has helped me enormously, she's helped me to understand and deal with my loss. I also attend the SANDS meetings monthly, which really help too.
