Just found out a dear friend of mine has had a little girl and they named her Hosannah :)
I've never known a little Hosannah but I think its gorgeous! What do you think?
I *love* it!
Hmmmm, would probably grow on me.
Actually I really like it
Hmm thinking thinking
;)
Hose for short?
Oh No
I like it, I'm guessing Sannah for short, and hopefully she won't end up with a partner who thinks it's funny to call her 'Ho'. :p
On the whole I think it's lovely.
I'm not a fan.
Nope not a fan
im not a fan...my hubby is jose and gets called hose for short lol so all i can think is she will be called hose at school and stuff
I do have a soft spot for the name, but I do prefer a slightly different version of it: Osanna
Isn't it funny... i really like Osanna, but not really hosanna. One letter makes a big difference. Not that it matters, as long as the mum and dad love it! :D
pmsl! Hose! oh no...
its odd.. not a fave thats for sure.
dont mind Osanna tho.. its weird hey.. just by getting rid of the H
Not for me, but if you love it thats all that matter!
its different..not my cup of tea tho  - im from a catholic background and it is used as a praise to god "chant" (for want of a better word!)
similar to my sister's BB username Rosehannah which is a combination of her 2 DD's middle names... but I really like it as a name itself. Hosannah? yep, I think it would grow on me.
I would like it better if it was spelt Josannah (but said Hosannah) the spanish way :)
Hmmm... it might grow on me... Kind of prefer Osanna or Josanna though.
How do you say hosannah... is it hoe-san-ah? Or something different?
when i read that i was thinking of the christian band with that name :) the name its self when i hear it i think about Christianity but that's just me, probably as ive seen the band many times:) name sounds nice :) i probably wouldn't use it tho as i have picked another name :).
Oh so sorry not a fan !! ... although i do like the ' annah ' on the end ;)
I had a friend in school named Osanna. I prefer that, I think. Very unique either way!
