He's born!
*MODS - After supporting my sister for close to 24 hours with no rest or food, I can't find the flamin' BA forum please move for me :) *
Reborn's baby boy, tentatively named Cooper David was born at 3.04 this morning, after a drug free active labour - Reborn at one point said she felt like an Amazon woman!
She took 22 hours to get to 5cm dilated, and then dilated and had bub 34 minutes later, pushing really well through her contractions and breathing very nicely. Bub was very quiet once he was born, wailed for a few second to put our minds at ease and then went back to sleep, obviously bored by the whole affair ;)
Yay for Reborn for her very empowering birthing experience, and I hope she's getting some sleep now, she certainly needs it!
ETA - Her first bub was also born at exactly 3.04, but in the afternoon; isn't that amazing!
