Is this too Early?

So ... WDYT?

CD 10 spotting +ve OPK CD12 spotting +ve opk (never spotted before)

4dpo tender bbs more so the areola & nipples area right through til today - i feel SO much relief when i massage or DP massages them :p my nipples look a bit redder than normal and erect almost all the time LOL

5dpo (assuming i o'd on cd 12 not cd10) I woke up in the morning and had SEVERE cramping to the point I had to curl up and take pain killers (implantation??) been feeling a few twinges since.

light head and headaches

Been feeling a bit emotional about silly things and getting a bit teary.

I know pregnancy is a possibility :crossfingers: but I think the naturopath has also made my liquids stronger (i can taste it:sick:) Do you think the stronger liquids could be causing these symptoms?

I am not sure if i am pregnant either. I had my implanon contraceptive removed on the 14th of April. My period arrived on the 16th April and i think I ovulated around the 30th. On 6 - 8 DPO i had spotting and terribe cramps, which I assumed was implantaion. I have had ains, tiredness, but no deed to frequently urinate and apart from tingly breasts they are not sore.
My periods were due on the 14th of May but did not arrive. I have done a zillion and one hpt all negative. I am now 9 days over due pfr period. What should I do?

I think AF could be irregular for you as jlkelly as you have the implanon removed. I would give it another week and if no AF in that time, test again. Good luck.

Naenae83 - have you done a HPT? Just in case? I did one 2 days before AF was due and it was positive. Alot of different things can cause your symptoms but it could also be early signs. I'm holding thumbs for you.

Thanks Miss H - seeing that I am still only half way into the the 2ww .. im going to wait until im 2 days late for AF, previous months I've been let down with -ve's too early :( so Ill wait :)

Hi! It is definately not too early to be having symptoms and the cramping etc may have just been implantation, was the bleeding really dark red or was it light/rose coloured or brown like old blood? If it was that would be how implantation bleeding presents but If you are a bit concerned maybe see your doctor? I started to feel symptoms with DS at about 4weeks and morning sickness had fully settled in by 5ish weeks so anything is possible! With subsiquent pregnancies it is very common not to get tender breasts but if you do have them then that is a good tell tale sign although some people do experience this without being preg. About the cramping I didn't experience implantation cramping with DS but think I may be utd now (hoping and praying!) as I am having severe heart burn which I never get except from when utd and pretty bad nausea but i'm in the same boat as you an am going to wait to test but it's soo hard hey! Good luck babe!! I'll be crossing my fingers and toes for you!

Just another quick thing...I don't mean to be a downer but Kelly have you tried searching for common symptoms when going off the contraceptive you were on??? I know how hard it is when you get your hopes up and then they get crushed but for your sake I hope and pray you get the result you are looking for..sorry if that sounded harsh! Xx

Just went to the bathroom and i am spotting it is only on the TP but is a rosy pinky colour today would be 8dpo

Oh nat - the other bleeding on CD10 & CD12 i was assuming was ovulation spotting (apparently some women spot when ovulating)

It is so hard not to test too early - but it brings false hope!

I'm trying not to get too excited just incase.

That sounds like implantation bleeding to me. Fingers crossed for you!

And you are not being harsh, I could very well be looking for symptons that are not there, in hope. But as this is only the first cycle coming of implanon I am not too stressed if it doesn't happen. Although after being on the pill for 8 years straight I fell pregnant with my son on the first try>

Bleeding can be so different for everyone..
I would call a doc,but I would wait to see if its just a light period.

Still no period for me. but too scared to test again. I think I will wait till Friday till test again. I have never had this long between periods before though!

Hey didi, i never get my period a week early. The only thing different this mth is the liquids the naturopath has me on. Im angry now because i shoukdnt be bleeding a week early. The naturopath says its a good sign. But i cant see how. TWICE this month i have bled when i shoudnt have. It is giving me false hope of implantation which is so very disappointing. Im quite angry at the moment. Im sick of taking supps and a liquid that taste so disgusting. . . For what ? Get a period a week early and a few other pregnancy symptoms to confuse and upset me? Al i want is a bfp not something to take that is stuffing around with my cycle !!

I dont mean to come across angry at anyone here - Im just so upset about being 'early' **rolls my eyes**

Naenae83 hope its a big fat implant bleed and you get a BFP in a few days. If not maybe see your Dr about the spotting at odd intervals. Arrr frustrating isn't it?

Was there anything wrong with your cycle you were trying to fix? If not blame it on the naturopath lol. Hope you get some answers and hope even more the baby you have been trying so hard for. Have everything crossed for you.

Hey Mildez - there was absolutely nothing wrong with my cycle prior to this month! This is what frustrates me! *sighs* I am a classic 28 day cycle and would ovulate on day 12 EVERY month! Well, the naturopath says I O too early!?! I dont think I do - I think thats normal! (for me) he also tried to lengthen my cycle length to 29 days, saying a 28 day cycle is a 'pill' cycle! well, sorry to break it to ya, I have had a 28 day cycle for YEARS!!! I highly doubt having a 28 day cycle is causing INFERTILITY!!!???

28day cycle is ideal. I am jealous and trying to get a 28day cycle lol. As for O on CD12 then I am sure that gives you enough time for the follie to mature and hatch out. I guess if you O'd super early one might think the follie was not mature enough but I doubt it been CD12 and you have had a baby before which proves you do not O too early. I hope you get some answers (then share them with me)

Kelly - i dont mean to crush u as everyone is different i had the implanon for not quite 12 months had it removed last day of my periods last yr on 1st june got first period 27 days later and have only just got UTD last month....

oh babe, i have been here before when i went to a homeopath and had 2 periods. if this is your AF then it *could* be a good thing in that it is 'cleansing' out the area. this is what happened with the homeopathic treatment. i had assumed that my AF was normal and the like but turns out that it wasnt getting rid of it all...

i really hope you get your bfp soon xx

while on implanon no i wasnt regular i would bleed every 2wks for 3wks straight went like and was getting worse towards the end why i got it removed....i was every 27/28 days after having it removed until march/april i only had a 24 cycle then got UTD so dont know what would have been....

Took me 4yrs to even get preg never been on contraception in my life (until after zak), lost my first one then 2 months later preg with Zak :)

On a lighter note to all of this stress, (I thought all of you mums out there would get a laugh!) As I was typing my previous message my 2 year old climbed up onto the bench, via the kitchen drawers, found the 2L bottle of Apple and Raspberry cordial that he knows is only for a treat, somehow unscrewed the top, got down from the bench and emptied the entire contents all over the kitchen floor.
Please remind me why I am TTC baby #2!

Ok, so as a refresher this month I spotted around ovulation (day 10 and day 12) then CD21 I got my period.

Today is CD 7 and I am spotting again :angry: technically I would be due for AF tomorrow but i took the AF of last wk as my period.

This stuff is so confusing man! Just when I thought I was getting to know my body its just gone haywire! LOL

I have to call the naturopath tomorrow cos i need more supps & liquid, so Im going to mention it to him tomorrow.

Worst thing is DP and i were getting ourselves ready to BD again ... I have a feeling tomorrow AF will visit :angry: then we will have to wait another week and a half for O :lol:

The natropath stuff can change things, regarding spotting etc, some of the things they give out can be quite powerful ( in a good way) Digital OPK are the way i went 3 times.. much easier to know what is going on!

OPK's kinda worry me now - a friend of ours had an iui done about a week ago, and an OPK showed a +ve on day 14 but her BT showed she O'd on day 18? LOL go figure?

Naenae, i had fairly *crazy* AF stuff and spotting happen for roughly 6-8 weeks post the initial treatment. i took the second dose of treatment about a fortnight before i got my BFP (at 6 weeks). i tested so late as i didnt realise that i had missed an AF as i had heaps of spotting and then about 3-4 days of fairly heavy flow about 7 days before i tested...i only tested cause DH thought i was too emotional LOL!

Nae with my OPTs I get a positive about 5days before I actually O. So much for been 12-36hrs prior to O. Not with me and by the sounds of things not with your friend either.

Im shocked, but I guess you can't always rely on a stick hey! I really dont get much CM so i cant go by that, think i might have to do my BBT again. just to keep an eye on it. Mine is generally right tho.

That reminds me ... Ive gotta pick up more liquids today
