My nephew will be 2 in November, he chats all the time but we're starting to be able to understand him. His favourite thing to say at the moment is 'Oh No!', and he says it at the right moments as well, like the other day when Nana took him to the petting zoo and he stood in sheep manure :rofl:
DD calls smarties parties. She luurves her parties!
jack used to call water woogie he would ask for a glass of woogie oh look at the woogie he was about 2 1/2 and one day he was like look at the water I almost cried I loved woogie he never used it again
When DD#1 was in the bath too long she said she had winky fingers :)
my daughter has a fascination with vacums but it was pronounce f#%$ u's LOL corker that was in shopping centres
DS doesn't talk enough yet, but DD has had some rippers.

and one that took me the longest to work out...she used to consistently ask for her homo, we used to brush her off to discourage her using the word as it's def not one used in our house, but one day she got so irate and I finally figured out that she meant her helmet. The next day I was at Target and the set dressing lady nearly fell off her pedistal whn DD yells out at the top of her lungs "look mum he's (the mannequin) got a homo!!".....:redface:
DS once described himself as an "assol", which after a little thought I realised translated into rascal.
The aircon is eggon. As in, Turn the egg-on mum"

When DS (3) sings the alphabet, at the end instead of singing - "Now I know my ABC's, next time wont you sing with me..."
he sings - "Now I love you ABC, H I J K L M N O P..."
My little sister, at the age of three, would react to something by saying "gasp!" and put her hands to her mouth. It was so strange, cause no one ever used the word "gasp" so we never knew where she got that one from.
Pope John Paul visited Australia back in the '80's and we saw him at a street parade. My other little sister, also about 3 y/o called out "It's the Coke! The Coke!"

my youngest cousin used to say stippy take (sticky tape) now that she's 17 everytime she asks for tape we correct her with stippy take lol :)
Emily says wunkey instead of monkey it's a bit cute! And v's are hard to say so she says glub for gloves (which she loves) But she does say love properly, go figure? She has just got the hang of Dora, it used to be rora but she would day d-d-rora!
Lucy would call magazines - mazageen! I still call them mazageens!

I was talking to Charlotte the other day about punishment. And how because she had done something very naughty, I would need to take her toy away from her as "punishment"... I then went on to say that if she kept carrying on then I would need to punish her and did she understand...
So she says to me "But mummy I don't want a punching":o:shakehead:
Definitely not something I want her to repeat - because it clearly doesn't sound the way it should! lol I had to laugh, gave her a hug and said, ok, no punishing.

When ds1 was was little Elmo used to be Elmomo, no idea where the other 'mo' came from but this was particularly funny when we took him to Sesame Street Beach at Seaworld! ELMOMO, ELMOMO!!!!!
He's now 5 and still calls the Nocturnal house at the zoo the Nocturtle house. So cute!

Since she was little, my DSD2 has always called it Fetish Cheese... which makes for interesting conversation when she's telling her grandfather about the 'amazing lettuce, olive and fetish' she had for dinner last night :o :lol:

DD has heaps, but I can only think of a few- when DS was born he was called 'Lummy' by her. His name is Liam. He's now 'Li-Li' or just 'Li'. I didn't think Liam was all that hard a name to say, but she still can't or wont say it!
She used to call oranges 'ongees'
Flowers were 'wowsers'
