what have you got your DH for Christmas?

Just wondering what others have bought....

My DH is so hard to buy for because he's picky with his own style of clothes.

This year so far I have a Banana lounge chair for the beach ( at the end of our street) and to use in the backyard when Ds is playing.... ( most days ) ATM we have no chairs outside....

And his fave Aftershave which happened to stop working last week ( the pump broke ) so he will appreciate that :)

A new book and some new board shorts..... But I still need more ideas.....

OH AND....... I'm doing a BFP in a box for him ( I'm still holding out on telling him )

I bought DH all this police type stuff, a little torch so he doesn't have to carry the large one around with him, a pocket light so he doesn't need to hold any torch at all when writing notes / fines etc, and a traffic control wand.....a bit odd, but hey, if he doesn't use them I certainly will once I return from maternity leave ;)!

Men are so hard to buy for.. Just subbing for some ideas.. The BFP in a box would be nice :) I can't believe you can wait that long!!! Congratulations BTW

Haha Leesa, a girl after our own hearts...I know where you can get a great gear bag as well (DH got one for his birthday).

I got DH dirtbike stuff....protective stuff cos I think he's going to do damage to himself lol....
In his stocking (Santa brings us all a little stocking filled with bits and pieces) he's got some nice coffee bags, licorice allsorts, a new shower puff - no laughing, it fills the stocking, a toothbrush - we all get one and a couple of other bits and pieces.

DH and I bought each other an Xbox.

I bought him a game to play and a beer glass... Good wife or what? :D

I bought DH an Ergo sport carrier for he and DD.

He's. Going. To. Love. It. :)

DF is getting some shorts, 2 shirts and a new pair of shoes all of which he picked.

and as a surprise, because you have to have at least one thing secret until christmas day, a few DVD's :)

I've bought him some clothes and a bonnet thing for his model car collection. Can't really afford a $200 model car this year :(

and I'm trying to decide if I want to get him movie voucher so we can go on a date after christmas or a wine appreciation course... or right at this very second, a kick up the arse!

The kids bought DH and I a new DSLR camera, the kids also got him a teddy bear in his nrl team's gear and I bought him some over priced plastic nerf gun that fires foam bullets at some ridiculous speed all of which he'll love.

He collects watches (nice ones) but I wasn't able to find one I liked this year. I got him a beautiful watch box one year to store them all in. He's also had a few things from redballoon days that he loved.

Dh and I don't usually swap gifts as such. but we did buy each other a big tv lol.. but i bought him a Yoga mat and Wii balance board cover lol.. He loves the yoga on the Wii and I said to him yesterday wouldn't it be so much easier with a proper mat.. So I went onto ebay and bought him one :lol:

From DS & I, my DH is getting:

And we're going to Daydream & Hamilton Island's next month so that's a bit spesh too!

Stuff for his homebrew set up. I've never seen a grown man get so excited over stock pots and little bits of hose.

I got DH a flight in a Tigermoth (he goes tomorrow!) He's been working so much...I think it will help him (and me) with some extra endorphins!!! :D

I got DH a crumpler bag last year :)

This year I'm getting him some new tees, an external hard drive, a wide brimmed hat and a few others things which have escaped me at the moment, lucky I've written them down somewhere....now where did I put that list?.....

I'm getting DH a coffee cup (Dr Who - all the doctors) and DS is getting him goodness knows what.

My DF is so anti presents that its hard to know what to get him cause when you ask he says NOTHING so at the moment I have gotten him an airbrushed bowling Pin with the phantom on it cause he loves the phantom and a nappy cover with the Datsun logo on it with a matching singlet. I think i might also just get some socks and jocks too but i think with getting me for the REST of his life in January is enough for xmas lol

He also has under the tree a toiletry bag (that unfolds & hangs on a hook. With some aftershave & other bits & pieces in it, for when we go away between Christmas & New Years

DH and I give each other the gift of not having to stress out and think of what to buy each other as a gift. It's the best thing I get all Chrissy :)

I bought DH a coffee machine, still have to get the kiddies to pick something little out for him!

DD and I got Dh an external hard drive, an xbox controller to replace theone DD broke a buttonon:) and a pizza stone. I also had to buy him a present from my dad so he is getting an electric shaver.

I might get DH a vacuum cleaner.

A 20 visit pass to the local pool to help get fit this summer & give him some him time :)

a sega handheld game... it has like 30 of the old school sega games on it.. he loves those.

a keyring with the girls photo engraved on it.

:o Wow, I hope DP won't read this thread or he'd feel cheated with the one present I got for him. :shakehead: I wish I could afford more, but I just can't. He's getting a record (vinyl) that recently came out. I hope he likes it ;) (He's a DJ). But apart from that I'll deposit an extra $50 into our house savings (we're saving up for a deposit) and give him the receipt for that in a card.

DH is the xmas grinch but his birthday is boxing day so I've got him a keyring made up with DD's fingerprint and a wireless weather-station..he's the biggest weather nerd lol

he has FINALLY told me what he wants - he wants the books written by/with the captains of the boats that feature on Deadliest Catch (think there is one by the Time Bandit capt and one by Northwestern Capt) - my mum is getting him season 3 so i may look at 4,5 and 6 as well.

My dh and I are going shopping in the boxing day sales, and he's getting a shaver

DH is so hard to buy for. He tends to buy anything he wants himself. I ask him what he wants and he tells me he doesn't need anything. lol

But this year I've bought him a breeding pair of black-soiled bearded dragons. We haven't had much luck raising juvies so hopefully he'll have more luck starting with adults who are of good stock.

Dh is so hard to buy for!! But this year we are tight on money so we decided to get a joint present using money from both our parents and got a JVC everio camcorder...I might buy him something else small tho as a surprise.. Maybe a little nerf gun or something silly like that...

He's getting/got a bbq - it's a combined pressie for xmas/father's day
