Foods - What NOT to eat.... ?
Hi,
So i'm preggers again! About 3 weeks along. This is my second pregnancy but i have forgotten what i shouldn't be eating while pregnant. Please help me remember!
So i have already cut back to only 2 coffees a day and might try for just the one if i can and absolutely no alcohol! And i know the following;

Soft Cheeses (eg Camembert) :shakehead:
Raw Egg
Raw meats (eg. cook steak all the way through, no pinkness)
Raw seafood (eg. sushi)
Now what i'm unsure about is;
Can i eat prawns??? For some reason i keep thinking i can't have this. Last time i was pregnant it didn't matter cos i never use to like seafood of any sort and i now i love it, especially prawns!
What about sliced meats like Ham, Turkey, Salami etc. Can i eat those or only say if it's heated to hot temp like in a quiche or toasted sandwich? :confused:
Is there anything else?
