Does anyone else find this THE BEST drink to help with morning sickness?
I love ginger beer or ginger ale anyway but I seem to really only drink it when I have an upset tummy or am preggers.

A freshly squeezed mix of apple and orange juice with loads of ice!!
I don't really know, but I'm definitely feeling like some ginger ale now.
Orange and passionfruit juice :) or flat lemonade
Orange and passionfruit fruit drink (35% juice). I crave it when pregnant but don't drink it any other time.
I just loved ginger beer when I was pregnant with Moo :D I'd drink it every morning! Might have to get some!
I just thought of another ...... Cranberry juice over LOTS of crushed ice YUMMO
i lived on peach iced tea throughout morning sickness. and lemonade.

Thought of another - hot chocolate! I usually have a coffee after dinner but now I've switched. Take it to bed at about 8pm :lol:

plain mineral water, to get rid of that nasty fruity taste in the mouth ... :sick:

I craved really cold freshly squeezed orange, carrot and ginger juice when pg with DD. And plain soda water skulled straight from the bottle with both DS's, as well as plain milk.
i wonder if soda water is a "pregnant with a boy" thing? i craved it with ds and the miscarrige clearly i dont know what the miscarrige was but with Lilias cravign soda water with both her DS too!!
I'm having hankerings for milo. Milo with ice cold milk, the colder the better.
and banana smoothies ... would have one for lunch or dinner sometimes, when I couldn't eat anything else!

A very strange mix! Apart from milk haven't ever been a massive fan of any of these drinks!
For me it was apple and blackcurrent juice or ribena. I couldn't get enough of it!
Cold water!! I have 4 wine bottles of water in the fridge and I work from one side to the other, refilling as I go and back to the beginning again all day!
About to have a tonic water now for a grown up drink! :) Well it feels like I'm having a G&T...just without the G!!
oo yes cold water, I drink so much of it now. at least a litre and half a day if not more.
Also Lemon, Lime and Orange Schweppes soft drink, Orange and Mango Cordial, and Orange Juice, Orange and Mango Juice. At the start of my pregnancy I coulnt get enough of those little juice boxes LOL I had one with me everywhere!

Chocolate milk
I drank chocolate milk, apple juice with ice blocks( had to have ice) and boost fruit smoothies.

I was completely allergic to milk, but craved chocolate milk like nobody's business. I ended up buying a small carton of Big M (those 185ml or whatever jobbies) and drank it, knowing full well that I would upchuck it all, but reasoning that no amount of vomit could be as agonising as these cravings.
drank it, wasn't sick.
got another one.
go a 2L bottle.
drank it in about a day and a half.
ended up drinking on average a liter of milk per day (not all chocolate!!) for the rest of the pregnancy - and have remained able to drink milk after birth.
who'd have thunk?
I did a HPT after I started craving really cold cans of coke, which is the same thing I craved with DS and helped with morning sickness. But it HAS to be a can, and it HAS to be really cold. Wonder if that means this bub will be a boy to :think:
Raspberry slurpees! And when I was pregnant this time, they got rid of them at maccas and replaced them with apple - so sickly sweet :vomit:
Ice-cold coke too, I'd put a can in the freezer a half hour before I'd drink it so it'd have ice form when the pressure was released - YUM. Ice in the coke though - erkkkkk :bleh:
Lots of milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk!
I had to have spearmint milk with DD1. Lucky I was in WA at the time as I haven't found it anywhere else. Iced coffee with DD2, and that has remained since, still need my iced coffee fix everyday.
I had to have an ice cold Nippys Iced Coffee with lunch everyday, and on weekends, raspberry slurpies were definitely called for :)
I craved it too, and I got a pink one :D:

I just drink and drink and drink when I'm pregnant, so anything liquid works for me!
