Baby 3 in the making
Hi Guys,
well its still early days but dh & I are very exicted to be expecting baby 3 to our family:D:D
Last Sunday at 10dpo i did my first test, i had some family sleep over the night b4 and when i did the test had to run back to bed and hide the tests.... i was unsure of the time lapse when i checked them but saw a very faint line on a pregnosis clear.
so next loo trip i grabbed another test (first response) and the second line came up within 30seconds!!
the next day a clearblue digital made it more concrete with a "pregnant 1-2"
Blood test done on Monday came back positive... af failed to show up on thurs 28th..hpts kept getting darker.
we ttc for 3 months, then gave it a rest for 4 months (mainly because of dh's work) so this was the first month back trying and 4th attempt in total.
Due date atm is 5th April 2012.
My first ob appt is not until 8wks when i will have a dating scan & get to see heart beat etc so hopefully things travell well between now and then.
hoping we may have made a pink bundle, but if its blue he will fit right in with our 2 x ds's:D
for obvious reasons please no mentioning on FB or anything thanks!
between me, my sister and sister in law we had 6 kids in 3 years, ds2 being the last almost 4 yrs ago so it will be really nice to have a little bub back int he family i'm super excited:dance:

thanks eveyone, i cant beleive i am only 4w2d lol..... this week has gone sooooooooo slow, as i think the next 4 weeks will go until we see bub, then it will prob fly by being busy with the boys etc.

watching my ticker grow is like watching the grass grow lol!! atleast its in the 4wk mark now and heading towards 5 wks
still not many symptoms a few hot flushes here and there, urine a bit more yellow but not going more often than normal
if morning sickness is gonna kick in i read its around the 6wk mark so who knows what lays ahead.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes, going well at the moment, no morning sickness yet but I've. Had a terrible cough the last week, worse at night, so just battling through that. Another 2 wks until we see our snowflake, can't wait. Mostly just hoping we go full term again with this bub after ds1 arrived at 33 wks, ds2 waited until 38wks. I have had 2 c/s one emerg and other failed vbac so I am interested to discuss my history with my ob. I apparently had scar tissue around my cervix preventing dilation but last pap smear cervix was looking very normal. If I can try for vba2c 2 I don't. Think I will be telling friends and family as last time had very mixed reactions which didn't help my cause.

Hey Nic - great to hear things are going smoothly this time. We are actually going for a vba3c if things progress nicely (I'm a bit concerned GD or PE might get in my way this time) but I don't tell too many people - and those in the family don't get it - they keep just asking what date the baby will be born and assuming it will be here before my due date. I sort of feel like if we don't make the vbac I'll feel like a bit of a dud but in truth if I can achieve the commencement of labour I think I will be happy. If you need to chat as things progress I'll be around. I'm still crossing my fingers for pink for you.

Yeah I agree I try to tell people as little as possible about my intentions. Don't need their negative baggage.
