DS1 has just informed me he's naming his daughters Cinderella and Alex and his son will be called Imran.

DD1 bought me her doll this afternoon and told me she has called it Lalalila. She likes to make up names :)
DS wanted to name DD2 Barry Hall. He is now saving that name for his first child - male or female.
If I have no daughters, one of my granddaughters will have the middle name Zaidie. The first granddaughter with that middle name gets the title (see the meddling MiL in me!).
However, having just asked DS - if he has a boy, he's naming it after himself, if he has a girl then her name will be Mummy. I guess he likes who he likes.
Dd1 said harry but she informed me she wants to marry someone she doesn't know :shock:
These are the ones that DS just told me (first he said he didn't know cos he's not having them yet...)
Girls: Rosie and Sophie
Boys: Max and Josh
I guess he won't follow us into naming his children weird ar$e names then..... :think:

If your DD lived where I live, she'd be regarded as a hippie - and I don't think there is anything wrong with that!:
DD hasn't chosen names, but she and my best gf's little boy are quite sure they're marrying each other. She's full of suggestions for her little sister's name. So if she has girls Polly and Molly will top the list.
Apparently she's having two children and not working. I must be setting a great example of having a career and raising a family!

My DD1 has always told me her children will be named either Rosie or Justin. Her baby born doll changed gender a lot when she was little and was named those names. I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that she is now obsessed with Justin Bieber?
I just asked DS and he said his girl babies will be named Claudia and Milla (after his sisters) and his boy baby will be named Peso - after a character on the Octonauts.
I am still laughing over the "Barry Hall" baby name :)
Don't know about names but DS told me he his having 7 girls so I guess he better get started on the baby name books!

I just asked my 3yo Ruby and she old me Johnny Nah Nah which actually translates to Giuliana.
DD#2's favourite name is Celia - all her dolls, her imaginary friend, and the baby in her tummy are ALL called Celia!
And I have no idea where she got it from!
