Surely there's a thread on this somewhere but the search on here is always useless for me.

DD likes 'Polar Express'.
'It's a Wonderful Life' is one I like.
I love polar express :)
Muppets Chrismas Carol. I watch it every year. I'm so literary.
Im a big Grinch fan, love love love it
I love Elf and Love Actually
Trying to think of some more as I really love xmas movies.
MMMMM also the home alone movies are good xmas ones too
Elf and A Bush Christmas
I ♥ Miracle on 34th Street!
I adore Elf and Polar Express
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation :) That is a staple and tradition every year
Love Actually and Muppets Christmas Carol here too. Every year :)
It's a wonderful life
The Santa Clause
Miracle on 34th Street (old school one)
DD loves watching Frosty the Snowman (Not so much a movie but long enough for her)
Elf, the Santa clause, a mum (or stepmum) for x-mas ??? It was an older movie where a maniquin (sp?) came to life.
Sent from my iPhone, more than likely while I should be doing something else!
These ones aren't as obviously Christmassy as the usual suspects, but I love The Holiday with Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz, Bridget Jones's Diary, and The Family Stone with Sarah Jessica Parker.
Oh yes National Lampoons! rofl. Love it!
And The Santa Clause
Mine is The Polar Express. DD and I watch it alllll the time. Drives DH bonkers!
loved a mum for christmas when i was a kid, id love to see it again now.
i always used to watch the flintstones saved christmas too when i was a kid, and i would really love to see that one again, ive been trying to find it but cant find anywhere that supplies it.
elf is good and the santa clause.
i love random christmas movies being played for the midday movie and as time fillers at this time of year, as long as it involves a christmas miracle, im pretty much hooked
Love actually and the Home Alone movies too.
Love Actually (Colin Firth and Hugh Grant - swoon)
Oh I loved A Mom for Christmas as well!!!!
And Miracle on 54th Street...the original. So beautiful!
There's a little Mickey Mouse Cartoon where the Chipmunks end up in the tree and Pluto chases them. I LOVE that cartoon! It's a fav of mine, so much so that I searched high and low to buy a copy for DD a few years ago!
I used to love a claymation tv special that ran when I was a kid called " The Little Drummer Boy" based on the song.
I quite liked its a wonderful life but apart from that I'm a bit of an anti Christmas movie person. The cheese factor annoys me too much.
I despise The Polar Express, I really do. I hate that my mother bought it for Liebs knowing I didn't want him to see it and then put it on 3 times a day for him until he asked for it. (We're not visiting her this year for Christmas.)
However, we now both love Muppets' Christmas Carol, although I have to enjoy the Patrick Stewart and Richard E Grant version on my own.
I was just coming in here to look for or post a similar thread (knew someone would've done it though ;) )
We've so far been watching The Santa Clause movies (1, 2 & 3 - bought them in a set last Christmas)...both my boys seem to be enjoying them- my 3year old keeps asking to watch Santa Clause dvd. And I have to admit I love watching them too :)
But need more choice (especially if its going to keep raining like it has been up here).
I've got Shrek The Hall saved on Tivo from last year too - they like watching that too.
I forgot about The Polar Express...think I've got that somewhere.
And will have to see if I can find a Miracle on 34th Street on dvd somewhere...its been years since I've seen that one.
Watched Elf the other week when it was on tv...but boys didn't seem keen though.
When I was little I use to watch Santa Claus The Movie (the Dudley Moore one made in 1985). I had it taped and would watch it whilst decorating the tree every year then a few more times until Christmas.
A couple of other Christmas themed ones I like watching (more adult ones) are- Four Holidays (Reece Witherspoon) and The Family Man (Nicolas Cage) and Surviving Christmas (Ben Affleck).
Off to find Polar Express :)
Bec sent this on her Samsung using Tapatalk
I love Christmas movies I love a mum for Christmas, miracle on 34th street and home alone 1&2
We have watched this year so far Fred clause, jingle all the way, shrek the halls, polar express, and Arthur Christmas, we are also on the hunt for more. We are all really enjoying sitting down to a Chrissy movie each night :)
