Most comfortable thongs/sandals

Hoping someone can help me.....
I have quite wide, disgusting feet.
Haviana thongs during summer are causing me great pain and discomfort.
What thongs/ sandals do you wear?

I've just bought myself from Birkenstocks.... So comfortable!!!

For comfort you really can't beat Birkenstocks.

I only wear flip-flops in the shower. They're uncomfortable, bad for your feet and no-one can walk gracefully in them.

Is there anywhere to buy cheap Birkenstocks?
The seem to retail for about $150- is that standard?

I like my gisele bunchen (sp) thongs for every day wear, they are the sling back ones. Birkenstock have a store in the DFO's, so you may be able to get a pair a bit cheaper.

Try sierra trading and overstock.
Any of the U.S. outlet stores will be much cheaper than paying retail in Australia.

Most comfortable thongs I've bought recently have been a pair of Mambo's from Big W and Rip Curl ones I got cheap at DFO.

yup definately get some berkys- they are the BEST!!
cheap places to get them are they factory outlet at essendon airport DFO (its is also a croc outlet as well) and there is a shop at doncaster that sells berkeinstocks and ughboots! I have bought berkys there for $45 !!!! The shop is downstairs near the telstra shop, smiggle , optus etc
get yourself a pair and you will never get them off your feet!!!

I have wide flat feet and struggle to find shoes I can walk in that are sandle/thing like as tend to slip off feet and I hate the divider between toes.

Love love love my Impanema thongs!! (Gisele Bunchen) - ive had them for 4 years and they're still as comfortable as the day i bought them. Will be getting a couple of new pairs for Xmas :)

I think they're generally true to size. There is probably a conversion chart on their website.

Love my birkenstocks here! I have had one pair for 5 years, and they are my main summer shoe. Just this year they got a bit old and tired looking, so they are now my at home birkenstocks and I have a dressy pair of patent leather ones for fancy occasions.

love my gisele bundchen ipanema's! so comfortable! a bit hard to get used to the little square toe bit at first but i dont think i have ever worn a pair of thongs as comfortable as these!

You won't regret the birkenstocks!!! They take a little to break in but I live in mine! eBay is good for cheap ones too. Make sure you don't get narrow ones :-) x

I got some Diana Ferrari sandals last year & they are so comfortable! (I have wide feet) I can't remember what they are called but they are flat & come in all sorts of colours - gold, black, red.

birks or masseur the soft soled ones so comfy :)
