Just putting it out there...

In August I have to go back to England for 6 weeks and i've been thinking a lot about my house and dog...

So...just wondering if there is anyone out there...who wants a 6 week holiday on the Sunshine Coast. 4 bdrm house plus dog that needs walking. Two min drive to the beach, five minute drive to off lead beach thta the dog loves.

Or else I guess at least anyone want to home an old Ridgeback for 6 weeks??

I have someone in mind but I don't know her and I thought if there are any single mummies or not working parents that might need a holiday for free then i'd rather someone on BB got the oppertunity...

Jees I don't know, if I could find people that could over lap but I think that might be too hard...the dates are Aug 16-Sep 30 so no, I don't think thats school holidays...

Where abouts in England? That's up to 3 weeks of summer hols over here, the first 2-3 weeks.

Staying with my Mum in Ringmer and probably visiting Dad in Hove a lot...I hoe the weather is good for the wedding...Sep 7th...cross your fingers!!

you could go through an agency. There are companies who organise house swap holidays with all references and everything sorted and they are very used to pets. Aussie house swap I think is one.

I'd love to, but then I need someone to house sit for me lol :doh:

If you get stuck for someone, I'm sure we can look after your dog for you xx

Aussie House Sitters (google it) are great, the sitters have to pay money to advertise on the site, you can interview a few different ones (we did, had a couple of different couples over to see how they interacted with our fur-babies) and they even have contacts that you can sign with the house sitter for your peace of mind, best of all, its free..... the sitters get their accom in return :D

I cant see you not being able to get someone though, such a beautiful place and time of year, we are getting married up in Maleny in August its that good :D
