Hi,
Just a question. Wanting to know if others have had breakthrough bleeding in early pg and gone on to have a healthy bub? I'm 11dpo and just started bleeding, but my hpt looks darker, not bad considering other was fmu and this is evening after only 2-3 hours post void.
Eta oh and its only there when I wipe.
I didn't get bleeding, I did get cramps however from about 11dpo to 13dpo but couldnt read without posting :hug: hope it's just bub getting nice and snug

I had implantation bleeding with all 3 of my pregnancies and they turned out fine. I also had big bleeds from 6-8 weeks with each pregnancy and had a scan to check they were ok. Actually, with DS1, I thought I was getting my period, so had a bottle of wine with DH, only to find that it had stopped the next day. Woops.

first time with bleeding, everything was fine, and i had DD.
second time with bleeding, the baby didn't stick.
A stronger hpt is a good sign. :crossfingers: everything is ok.
Thanks for your stories. Not sure what's going on. Keeps coming and going but only when wiping. Went to gp today and had a bt, but won't be able to find out results until Monday. Did a digital hpt this morning with fmu and it came up with pregnant 1-2 weeks, so I'm trying to remain hopeful.

I had bleeding with my ds a few times! He's now 6 weeks old. All the best :)
I had very light spotting at the time I would normally have gotten my period. For a few months into pregnancy. All turned out fine. :) good luck

To me it sounds like implantation and that bub is making his/ or herself nice and comfy xx
I'm hoping so ashie, no further bleeding this afternoon which is atleast hopeful.
I bled with DD1 multiple times, fingers crossed.

I didn't have any bleeding with DD, but if you're after reassuring stories a colleague had a fair bit of bleeding early on that got her quite worried and she went for a scan. She's now 21 weeks pregnant with a little girl :) Hasn't had any bleeding since thankfully.
Whilst I'm insanely jealous (:lol:), congratulations on your bfp and I have everything crossed for you that this is a sticky little bubba! Will be thinking of you over the weekend and hoping you can get some good results from the doc early on Monday.

I thought I was in the clear, but looks like I'm back here. Started bleeding again, I know it could be breakthrough but I'm terrified I'm going to lose it.

Ok so got my blood results back, bhcg 73 at 3w5d. What do you guys think? Chance of remaining pg, or will most probably m/c?
Hmm, honestly Hun I'm not sure. My first reading was really low with this pg and one of my mc...it really depends on the doubling number (so the second bhcg will tell you more). When is your next bt? Fwiw I had massive bleeds from 6w-30w this time and I'm due in a bit over a week. I've had no bleeding in one of my mc until 11w and discovered a missed mc- you just never know.

Next bt is Friday. Normally wouldn't have gotten a bt until after 4wks but due to the bleeding I did.
I've been googling like mad the last few weeks due to my situation and I can only add that it's not the number that's important (hcg) but the rate in which it rises, so your number isn't an indication of anything unfortunately :(

It could be a chemical pregnancy WM, but it's too early to tell. The only way to really know is from the results of the repeat blood test.
I hope your numbers keep rising :)
WilliamsMummy-fx for you. I am pretty sure that hcg is a good number for early pregnancy.
I had a bleed at 3w5d and my hcg was 25. I am now 30 week pregnant! Like PO have said it is not the number but how it rises.
They kept wanting to do blood tests but I refused them as it was doing my head in.
FX that all works out for you!
Well look at this. I know I shouldn't have wasted money buying a test, especially when I'm having a bt later in the week. But I consider it worth it if it can put my mind at ease a bit. Take a look. Hcg must be rising right?

Well apparently my first numbers were actually only 35, that's why gp was worried. But no need, numbers for yesterday were over a 1000 for 4w4d.
So looks like its a sticky one. Thanks for all your feedback and support guys.

I had bleeding on and off with Ds1. Very scary but has here to tell the story. Glad you're none are on the rise. I'm extremely happy for you.
