Does anyone else go to bed at 8pm?
DS goes at 6-7pm, DD at 730pm and me close after at 8pm after a quick tidy up and wash. Often I'm asleep before DD!
How do you find any YOU time or time with your partner? I prefer to get sleep as I'm up 3-5 times a night and up by 530am. I tend to have a midday nap if the kids allow it so there isn't much time to do anything myself, sometimes get half an hour to watch an iview episode. Then again the sleep is probably my ME time LOL.
I'm booking into weekly post natal Pilates when DD is at daycare and can take DS until he crawls so that will at least be a breather.
The other idea I've had is to load the kids up in a double stroller (which I don't have) to go for a big walk somewhere I like to go.

Wow I'm jealousy of how
Much sleep you manage! I know how draining getting up through the night is but 9 hours of broken sleep and the possibly midday nap! Wow is all I can say. I stay up till after 11pm most nights often later, I'm up at least three times during the night and up by 7 on school days. I average 6 hours of broken sleep I would say.
If you can keep up the sleep you get, more power to you! But I think in order to get that me/partner time, you may need to push back your bed time.

Reading what Fionas wrote, that's how I describe me

It's a total miracle if I am in bed before 10:30pm. DH comes home from work at 11:15pm so if I had fallen asleep, I would be woken by him anyway. I usually go to bed at 11:30-12 and go to sleep around 1am. I'm a terrible sleeper. DH does the morning shift with the kids so I sleep in until 8, when he takes Ds2 to school. My sleep is extremely broken too as I usually get up to my younger DD's a few times, or they jump into bed with us.

Glad I'm not alone! I tried going to bed at 9pm one night then 10 last night and it coincided with hourly wake ups all night so I'm going back to 8pm. I love some of the ideas in here. DH can't sleep in a room with a baby as he worries about every sound they make but I curled up with him for half an hour last night before he went to the spare bed with a cold. Reconnecting with my partner after a baby takes work! Sleep deprivation was a big factor in me getting PND last time around and I'm determined to manage it better this time plus having energy and enthusiasm for my 2 year old in the day.
Does anyone else go to bed at 8pm?
Yes when DD was younger I would go to sleep whenever she went down. If that was 7.30 then so be it. Since her nights have settled to 2-3wakeups I stay up later - to have 'me' time/clean lol
Does anyone else go to bed at 8pm?
Yes, that's me but I go at 9pm instead of 8pm. DD is in bed by 7pm so that's 1 hour for eating/cleaning/relaxing together and 1 hour for relaxing together. Sometimes if I've had good nights I do 9:30pm.
