Much difference in shade of HPT from 10,11 and 12DPO advise? FR tests

Just wondering if anyone has had a non existant or hardly noticeable change in the colour of the positive line on FR tests in very early pregnancy?

I know a line is a line and a positive means pregnant not what the HCG is doing but after 5 m/c every time my line has not got stronger its been a bad sign. Its definately not lighter but doesn't look any darker either.

Arrr I didn't think I would be this worried again. Once again I am absolutely freaking out.

P.S those that know my family please keep this quiet.

Yes I've had that happen & both times they slowly got darker :)

Mine did that with DD for the first 3 days so I got a digi test. From scans I know now that was 11dpo til 14dpo. From there it got dark quickly.

This happened to me with DD. I tested at 14 DPO I think, and over a few days the line took a long time to get dark. I was a bit worried because people talk about getting BFPs early and getting dark lines, and there was me after AF was due with a kind of faint line that didn't come up immediately. It could just mean you ovulated/conceived later than you thought.

Thanks for your replies. The line today I think did come up faster/quicker but its definately not darker. I tested yesterday some 32hours earlier. I'd say the lines look the same about half the darkness of the test line. I did a confirm yesterday also and the line was so faint it was barely there. Took the full 5 minutes to show up at all.

For me, the lines only started to get darker after about 14-15dpo. Everything crossed for you!!

I am very reassured that the line is actually darker today. 10 and 11DPO are the same but todays looks significantly darker. Yeah.

I have a Dr's appointment for next week. So excited but scared too :)

With DD3 I got a line and the next day a lighter one! Everything was obviously fine. Stupid tests freaking us out!!

15-16DPO and I have not tested for 3 days as I was away at my parents in law. As soon as I got home today I did another FR and the pregnant line came up quicker and darker then the control line did. I've had some spotting but trying to think that is a good sign as if the pregnancy is in the tube surely I would not have an implant bleed. I actually had the exact same thing happen at 7DPO. I have NEVER had an implant bleed but maybe what I have had is one of those. I hope so anyway.

With all my m/c's and ectopic I have never had a line as dark as the one today this early so I think my HCG has to be at least a few hundred. Which is right where it should be/I would hope it would be. Even with my last daughter at 15 and 17DPO the line was fainter then this so I am feeling pretty happy so far. Yeah. I hope this is it. It will be a dream come true if it is :)

so exciting! i have had implant bleeds with 2 out of my 3 girls pg. they play with your head man! in my case i assumed they were AF (one was spotting and one was so like an AF...only shorter duration).

SO exciting when those lines come up fast and strong :dance:

16DPO HCG was 258. I can't say I am reassured. It says its normal in the chart but with my last they were 1011 at the same gestation.

That's a great number Mildez! You are barely 4weeks pregnant, I would be happy with that, I know it's hard not to stress. I always think at that stage anything over 100 is good. Hang in there, and congrats xxx

How's it going hun?

6+1 today. I have had Gastro today so panicking about it causing me to m/c. I'm cramping pretty bad and sneezing, spewing etc. I constantly feel damp down there so have checked the dunny paper a million times today. Probably peeing myself with all the spewing not that I should have any wee in me with the amount of fluid coming out and not much going in. I was going well until yesterday :(

I had a scan at 5+4 which showed a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole and no HB in the uterus. Hopefully it was just to early to see anything else. I have another scan in just under 2 weeks to check the cysts they found and see if bub has a HB. I will be almost 8weeks then.

I have had alot of left sided pain and was convinced the pregnancy was ectopic. So much so I packed my hospital bag to go to hospital following my scan for surgery. It was not only a surprise to see the pregnancy was uterine but my left ovary has 3 large cysts on it. One is around 4cm another 5cm and the largest measuring around 8cm by 6.8cm (they measured it several times and each measurement varies a cm or so with the biggest been 8.8cm and smallest 7.2) So I have answers to my agony :) The pain is now bareable most of the time and I have changed my diet in the hope it shrinks and I can avoid surgery. Apparently if I can't and at this stage they said if it grows or does not shrink at around 14weeks in when they will want to remove them :( For now my biggest worry is m/c especially when I am so run down at the moment.
