He is in Nicu for a week or so just until he gains some weight and learns to feed on his own

Congratulations! Little boys are so precious. My ds was born at 36wks and we had a few feeding problems at first but it didn't take him long to catch on.

Nic, i had an emergency c-section, but i managed to labour for 8 hours with no pain relief and my water broke on it's own, so i got further than the previous 2 times :)

Hopefully Macauley can come home next week, but he has lost another 90g in 2 days, so aswell as breastfeeding he is being given top up feeds through a tube
I am exhausted spending all day at the hospital, but he is so worth it
