i think i am pregnant!!!

Hi everyone...Ever since about 4dpo i have had symptoms of pregnancy. Alot of cramping which is odd for me! I am now on day 30 of my cycle and yesterday i did a crystal clear test and a faint line came up within a minute. This morning i did a second crystal clear test and again the line came up within a minute and it was darker! Do you know much about this brand of pregnancy tests and how reliable they are? I am not planning on going to the docs for a week or two, just to (if i am) make the pregnancy not go so slow! Thanks heaps in advance for helping!!! In the mean time...OMG number 3 could be on the way! :)

Just wondering, can u be pregnant and not know it, and still be getting your af's.I had my tubes done in 2000, when my son was 10 months old, he's now 7. I've been wanting to have another baby since he was 2, but hubby say's no. In the last few month's my tummy has gotten bigger, it's not from putting weight on, since I have'nt put any on. But at the moment my tummy is the size of 4 or 5 month pregnant women. I have done a test and it says neg, and the last few days I've been feeling a bit sick of and on. I'm due tomorrow, but I know its not bloating, cos I never bloat when it's that time of the month. Can someone help, or give me a reason.

RTTJ2000, it is very rare to not show up the hcg during pregnancy. You should see a GP and get a referal for an ultrasound and or a blood test. That way you can clarify what is going on and rule out any other factors such as a cyst / fibroid.

I'm currently playing the waiting game! I am 4 days away from getting my period and about 10 DPO and i think i might be pregnant. I have had cramps the last few days (different to PMS), sore enlarged breasts, indigestion/heartburn on and off (never get this before!), headaches (drinking lots of water), slight dizziness, discharge, and i just feel pregnant! Did a test 2 days ago (cheap stick test) and it was neg so i'll try again tomorrow with a more expensive test (Discover 1) see if that shows positive. i feel so pregnant and just different to normal PMS symptoms that's for sure. today i actually had some pinkish/brownish spotting on my loo paper (sorry for dtls! but it's the truth!!) and then after couple of hrs it was followed by light pink watery bleeding but only little bit... normally this brownish stuff happens at the end of a period.... what do you girls all think???? Am i pregnant? I will be sooo thrilled if i am... this will be the 1st time for me.

Renstar...i think you are pregnant for sure! i was doing tests from 8dpo and didnt get my BFP untill 14dpo!!! When i would get the BFN's it would get me down because i thought i musn't be pregnant then! But ofcourse it was just to early for me to do a test! I wish now i would have just waited untill i was due to test that way i wouldnt have had the dissapointment earlier. Good luck to you and i hope you get your BFP!! :)

Thanks for replying seventh_heaven. I'm due today but nothing yet. Have been getting very slight period pains but they only lasted a few seconds. Still have the sore boobs, going to the loo alot. My luck it will come tomorrow. But if nothing by monday will go to the doc's.

Were your cramps on going?? Did they seem to last for a few days straight and now and then get the odd cramps that would hurt (not really hurt but just hurt a little) and feels like period pain but i've had it for about 4 days now! I just tested myself when i got home today on a cheap (fortel brand) test (pee in a cup type!) and it was neg. i'll try again tomorrow with "Discover One" they seem to be more reliable i've been told. I've had some bleeding today (not heavy enough for a normal period tho) and it's been light colour and brownish... I'm so confused :( it sucks playing the waiting game doesn't it!! I'd love a drink but i'm not going to risk having a friday afternoon drink just incase!!!!
I'll keep you updated. Wish me luck for the next few days... just wish this cramping would go away.. comes and goes in waves.....

oh... and today i worked out i would be 11DPO.... due for period in 3 days (Monday) so is it possible that my HCG levels are still not high enough?? I have heard some ppl don't show pos+ test result until say 3 days after period due date as hcg levels took a while to rise high enough... so i guess i shouldnt rule out pregnancy until i am a few days past due date and tested again - do you think so??? anyone? i can honestly say that i had cramping pains every single day after about 3-4dpo. the pains you describe sound very similar to mine. i would wait untill you are due for your period to test. the waiting game is very hard though! keep in mind that if you are having implantation bleeding then your HCG hormone wouldnt have even started yet! i will be thinking of you and good luck! i have my fingers crossed for you!!! :)

MellyH.... thank you! Yes i will wait until my period is due (Monday) i'll enjoy my wknd and then first thing Monday i'll try again! It's expensive testing every day otherwise, and i agree, it's disappointing when you see a neg - each time... especially when you feel so pregnant. I have never been preg before however i just feel different + reading everyone's symptoms on BB, well i can relate to alot of the symptoms... i forgot to mention, i feel pressure in my abdomen and bloated all the time, feel like i've put on 2kgs or more and i know i wouldn't have! Woke up last night to pee at 12 midnight (i never wake that time) and felt my abdomen when i was lying down and it just felt bloated and different!! I'll let you know how i go... luckily the cramps have eased off for now....

Aww thankyou so much! She really suits her name. Look you really do sound pregnant to me. I have had the bloating aswell, it isnt a nice feeling is it. As you say just have yourself a great weekend and do a test monday morning. I will be thinking of you and plz keep me posted! Hopefully you might get a tahlia in about eight months!! haha :)

Woke this morning and cramps have eased off which is great.. feel slightly nauseous but that could just be because i haven't had b'fast yet.i've had a bit of bleeding (dark brownish bleeding) and when i wipe it's like a watery light red colour same as yesterday(sorry!) and it doesn't look the usual red colour of a period.. also can see like bits of tissue type stuff that's come out too (you know what i mean?? sorry for dtl) so not sure if it is my real period now or not... strange... normally the dark stuff happens at the end... did u find with implantation bleeding it can happen for 1 or 2 full days? I also just got a wave of nausea then (slight one). sorry i am probably asking questions you cannot answer here... i'll wait until Monday!if i am preg, i'm expecting this bleeding to stop now... its only light bleeding but it's still confusing me.. i thought implantation bleeding was just "spotting" type stuff... thats how it did start.

Well i never actually had the implantation bleeding but allot of people do! Maybe you could ask others who have had it what it is like. Sorry i am not being much help! Dont rule out pregnancy yet though! Well i still have my fingers crossed for you anyway!

How much would u bleed for implantion bleeding. I got AF last night , and today I would normally have to change about 3 or 4 times by now, but only changed about 1 hour ago. I changed about an hour after getting up, and about an hour ago. I know some women can bleed from implantion. I'm alway's pretty heavy for the first day or 2, but not this time, but the pains I'm getting are sometimes really bad. Have had them since last night and all day today. I have'nt been feeling the best over the last week, can't eat as much as I sometimes do, boobs are sore off and on. I did have cystis about 13 years ago, and the doc just drained them. Since having my tubes done I have been having nothing but trouble..

I had implantation bleeding at 7DPO and it was light and only for the day..no cramping at all. Goodluck!

Dolphin 22 - thank you, well i'm still bleeding today so i think i actually got my period. will test tomorrow again just to be sure. with the amount of bleeding, i would say i am not pregnant! However ppl have been getting periods and still preg so i'll just test to make sure. doesn't matter anyway it's all good :P

MellyH - I hope you are doing well and thank you for your help. I'll let you all know tomorrow if i get a BFP but i don't think it will be. :P

I normally have AF for about 7 days, and this time, I got it at about 6.30 sat night and it's very light now. It's noemally heavy the 1st and 2nd day then lightens up but this time its been lighter then normal. Don't mean to sound gross but on sunday I did'nt need to change till about 4.30 in the afternoon, and thats from when I changed about an hour after I got up. And my boobs are sore off and on. Am going to go to the doc's and see what is going on. Cos since having my tubes done, I have been having trouble..
